Ordered 12/10/25. Chicken fried steak, with four eggs cooked over easy, and crispy potato wedges. Delicious! Did you know these are breaded by hand, and made fresh? They’re absolutely delicious, and I could only eat a 1/4 of it, along with all the potato wedges, the eggs, the toast and the drink. Everything was cooked perfectly, and that was one of the best dishes of chicken fried steaks I’ve ever eaten! The staff was SO friendly, and I will definitely be going back again.

1st time but I promise it will not be the last. I got the chicken fried steak, loaded mash potatoes, corn and it came with a roll. I am not a gravy person but asked for it in on the side and was I glad cause I kept dipping my steak, best gravy ! The tea is brewed and not instant…. So gooooood.
Angela was so sweet and very attentive to my needs. Next week we will have to try the burgers . So I came back for the burger 10/25/25 and boy I am so glad I did. Juicy and so delicious! The fries are not your skinny fries but thick and cooked to perfection.

No pictures of the food but it was excellent and large portions just as others have mentioned! The guys enjoyed their burgers while the gals had huge chicken sandwiches. Their buns are home made, too. No complaints and will be back again.

Real homestyle country cooking, this place hits the spot!. We ordered one of the best chicken fried steaks, made with actual steak, not cube steak. I went with the half portion ($12) with loaded mashed potatoes, and even that was more than I could handle! My son had the full portion ($17) with freshly made fries and polished it off, so portion size really depends on your appetite.
We also tried the funnel cake fries ($8), crispy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Perfect for sharing, and we ended up taking some home to enjoy later. Big portions, great flavor, and definitely worth a visit!

We came here for the first time yesterday and it was so delicious! I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was MASSIVE and very good. I couldn’t finish it, but it can easily feed 2-3 people. My side of mashed potatoes was A-MAZING! My husband had the Swiss Cheese Steak, and he said it was the best he’s ever had. Our server was great! We had an event, and she was able to take care of everyone in a timely manner and never seemed overwhelmed or showed frustration.

Tried the half portion of the Country Fried Steak and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was—definitely a must-try for anyone who enjoys well-seasoned, crispy fried steak. The mashed potatoes were also excellent, packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
A small suggestion: since it was my first visit, a bit of guidance upon arrival—like whether to seat myself or wait—and maybe a few entrée recommendations would have made the experience even better. Still, a minor detail in an overall enjoyable visit.

Prices have gone up drastically, for example an $11 plate is now $17. The atmosphere is so awkward. Not only is it eighty degrees indoors(proof in pics), but the lights were turned off While everyone was eating(proof in pics)with just the light from the windows coming in, no music in the background to drown out the neighbor’s conversations, and the server seemed shy,new ,or confused which didn’t help our experience dining in. The food was good i just couldn’t deal with the atmosphere.

Have had their specialty burgers and now their fish plate and it is absolutely amazing. I’ve had their chicken fried steak/chicken plates and it’s enough for 2 just like their fish plate. Highly recommend this place for comfort food. Will be back soon. Food is definitely fresh and well worth the wait. Funnel cake fries for dessert are another hit for my kiddos as well
