The food was delicious we got good service and great food only bad thing is the parking is a bit tough only street parking and it fills quick. They also have good deals throughout the week.

It’s a great place to go hang out in a pub environment. A nice big bar and plenty of table seating. My wife and I go here for their sushi, it’s flat out amazing. I would recommend there Bruins and Hawaii roll. Look up their menu to get an idea of what comes with it. Drinks are excellent! And best of all there Brownie Sunday, out of this world amazing, comfortably can feed two people.
Overall great little job spot in Beverly Farms, if you looking for a little hideout spot from the busy down town area, give Hale St a whirl!

The Beverly Farms sushi roll ($17) was delicious. But I’ll pass on the seared scallop appetizer dish next time— I didn’t read the description and there ended up being a lot of pickles, not my thing. And I wasn’t jiving with the seasoning to the scallops though the texture was good. Going here was a treat, I’m starting a new job.
The customer service was top notch- they were attentive and personable. I felt comfortable.

Stopped by for dinner on “Taco Tuesday” night to enjoy their pulled chicken tacos for the special price of $10. Also ordered their steak fries and skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. All the food was delicious! The ambiance of the place was terrific with pictures of 90’s musicians like the Grateful Dead. Their service was phenomenal with dinner served within minutes of ordering. The hostess Schuylar was very hospitable and attentive. We had a wonderful time there.

Local pub/tavern style restaurant that also serves sushi. It was busy on a Friday night. Fish and chips was good, would recommend it. The food was great, no complaints.
Our service lacked a bit – never got a water refill and I needed more ketchup than the single cup. I would say to the restaurant, the little cups of ketchup and tartar sauce are actually a good way to do it, I just needed another. That said it’s a good spot and we would go back again and try more things too.

The service is so kind & friendly & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fun. The food is usually good & gluten free safe to order. However this evening—CELIAC BEWARE— I informed the server of my gluten allergy & then received edamame to go with a piece of pasta in the box Disappointed to throw this away due to cross contamination.

My wife and I stopped in for an early weekday dinner. We had a bit of a wait to get in but the food and atmosphere were well worth it. The menu had so many great options and the service was good. We had Caesar Salad, Free Range Chicken Piccata and Jambalaya, – it was outstanding. and enjoyed the food. It is a really nice place, should not be missed. Parking can be somewhat limited.

We dined at the Hale St Tavern on 2/4/23. We were seated almost immediately. We ordered a coconut margarita and a dirty banana. Both were delicious. My gf had the French onion soup, which she loved. I had the pork dumplings which were very good, but just a little too crispy. For entrees, we both had Shepherds pie. Delicious and good portions. For dessert, we split the warm chocolate cookie with ice cream. It tasted good, but overcooked. I will return but it’s not currently on the top of my favorite restaurants list.

I have lived in Beverly my entire life and I always went to Hale street. I loved it! I went back yesterday for the first time in a few years because I have been away at school, and it was awful — nothing like I remembered. We ordered some oysters and pork dumplings – they were awful. Every oyster had pieces of shell or a rock in it and the dumplings were seemingly thrown in an air fryer and served to us. In addition to bad food the service was abismal. We waited 30 minutes to get a drink and at that point our waitress hadn’t come back one time to ask us if we wanted to order or even to tell us the drinks were backed up. We then had to flag her down some 10 minutes later to even order our food. The food came, it was bad, and then we got the check and left. I will never go back and spend my money here ever again. Disappointed that my old high school spot is absolutely nothing like it was. Don’t waste your money.
