The rice and chicken lacked seasoning. The rice tasted parboiled with no seasoning, just some tumeric for color. The chicken was chopped up with little flavor, maybe a hint of cumin. The only thing good was the fried eggplant. Middle eastern food is known for seasonings, spices, flavors, there wasn’t any of those in my order. I used the salt and pepper packets just to make it palatable. The white sauce doesn’t taste like the white sauce you get at other halal places. I ordered 3 total for me and my kids, and they didn’t finish theirs.

I came here with a friend and the food was phenomenal! I got the chicken shawarma with rice and it was very delicious. The guy working there was very nice as well 🙂 I will definitely come back again!

The owner was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! He explained each option on the menu with patience and pride. The food was absolutely amazing, I opted for a lamb plate. The lamb was tender, the spices were perfect, the rice was tender and the vegetables were fresh. Everything was wonderful! Their grocery section was lovely and the butcher station had a beautiful assortment of meats. Thank you again for your hospitality, I will be back regularly!!

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. They were friendly and accommodating, in no rush to charge your order, they immediately work on asking what you’d like and prep it; then you pay when all is ready for you.
They have groceries on their merchandise shelves and fresh and frozen meats. I ended up with two slices: special blend of seasoning for chicken and cloves. They also have teas, from which I got the blend of ginger, virus and honey. There are cookies and jams and other spices. The ambiance is akin to Italian cold cuts place where you can buy other authentic grocery items.
I ordered the beef shawarma plate with rice (you can choose fries instead) to go. The beef was tender, full of flavor and so was the rice. The plate came with a side salad, cut up pita bread and the most flavorful fried eggplant slice ever! You can get a side of their sauce.

I ordered the lamb gyro and chicken shawarma with rice. The guy working there was really nice, and the fried eggplant was pretty good. But the lamb gyro didn’t taste like lamb at all; it was more like a beef hamburger with mayo and pickles. The pita bread served by the restaurant tasted store brought and was tough, and the mayo sauce served on the gyro congealed quickly.

The chicken shawarma was bland and lacked spices I was expecting, although the yellow rice was decent. Also, I noticed that the prices on the hanging menu in the kitchen were different from what’s shown on the updated menus at the register and on the tables. Overall, I felt like I wasted $25 on this food. I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back.

The owner was very kind and helpful. He helped with my food and drink selection.
My only pointer is Less fat on the lamb, more veggies(less onions lol) and eggplant.
I’d say it wasn’t all that but obviously that’d be a lie, barely a crumb left behind lol
Forgot to take a before photo sorry but it looked GREAT!

I seen this place on the way to my Aunt’s and had to stop by and check it out on the way home. I am so glad I did. The gentleman said they opened about 7 weeks ago. It’s a really cool place. They have a market to buy grocery items and a deli counter for fresh meats. They have a good amount of options on the menu. (Finally a place I like that my kid will enjoy too). I ordered the chicken shawarma with a little spice. It was delicious & a large portion. I ate half of it before I remembered to get a pic. The food is authentic and the customer service is superb. This place will be going into my rotation for sure. I recommend to all.

Very good food! I love their chicken shawarma wrap as well as the chicken shawarma plate. The falafel there is also good! The staff is always nice and welcoming and they also have some groceries you can buy. I get my fava beans from here. I find myself coming here at least once a week. 10/10 you have to try them 🙂

I feel the need to write this review because some of the items were DELICOUS and others were terrible and I’m rooting for this business because I want to want to order again, but that would require some changes.

Good first, the lamb gyro sandwhich was not what you typically think of at all, BUT in this case it worked because it was incredibly delicious. The flavors worked sooo well together. The fried eggplant that came with our plate was so good and we also really enjoyed the Greek salad. Kinda Olive Garden adjacent but in a good way.

Now the bad. The beef shawarma plate was the only portion that felt adequate BUT the beef was the worst beef I’ve ever had. Mostly sinew and fat. I had to spit most of it out. My husband will eat any meat and he couldn’t even do it. The rice was fine. The plate needs more sauce and I’d really appreciate a normal amount of pita rather than a couple little pieces. Seeing as we couldn’t even eat the main protein, it feels like a total waste of mo ey. The large Greek salad could’ve been bigger. But Back to the gyro sandwhich…delicious as it was, it needed twice as much inside it. Very very small portion 🙁
