I’ve had a lot of smash burgers over the years, and this spot is easily one of the best I’ve tried. The patty had great flavor, the sear was perfect, and the sauce was honestly the standout — really well balanced and not overpowering. It is a ghost kitchen, so just keep that in mind, but the food itself is legit. If you’re looking for a solid halal smash burger in Seattle, this is definitely worth checking out.

Best smash burger in Seattle. We found these guys on instagram feed and can’t recommend them enough! We used the kiosk at the capital hill kitchen location to our food. We ordered the classics smash burger with seasoned fries. Meat patty was a good size and well cooked. Seasoned fries was just amazing. I’ll definitely go back again.

The burger here is absolutely incredible—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was perfection! The only downside is the location. It’s tucked away in pickup only location with multiple restaurants and lockers, so it took some effort to find it from the sign on the building. But honestly, the food more than made up for the hunt! Looking forward to trying their UVillage location for a full restaurant experience. Definitely worth it if you’re a burger lover!

This is my first smash burger I’ve ever tried and I paired it with their loaded fries – what a combo! Halal. Generous portion. Easy online order (it’s a ghost kitchen; takeout only – so don’t expect to dine in). Pretty surprise that the total price on UberEats after tax and service fee etc. would make it double (excluding tips) so better to order it from their own website, caphillkitchens.

Amazing. Best burger I’ve ever had. I don’t eat pork at all so the fact that I could have a bacon cheeseburger again after all these years was so satisfying. The spicy sauce was excellent. I also got the fries with the bacon and sauce on top. Only thing I didn’t like was the sweet potatoe fries but I never like sweet potatoe fries so I should have asked for all regular. This place is so good I would drive from Tacoma to Seattle just to get another burger.
