This place makes some good food. It’s a little confusing to order. Place your order and for some items like salads you will then goto a chipotle / subway type station to pick your ingredients. But don’t let this dissuade you.
My wife and I got fish sandwiches. We didn’t get any sauces on it but they provided them on the side for us to try anyway. The fish I believe is fried tilapia. Real good tilapia though. Is very lightly coated if it’s not just seasoning and a little flour. The fish is plentiful and you get two filets on each sandwich. This can easily fill you up for just over 8 bucks. Add 3 dollars and change more and you get fries and a can of soda. We did one combo. It was very good and I tried the boom sauce on it and that sauce had good flavor.
The fries are seasoned and also good.
I ordered a jerk chicken salad to try since I love jerk. I chose what I wanted on my salad and it was good. For me the jerk sauce was more sweet than Jamaican jerk type. While it was good I would likely not order it again because of this.
The staff are very welcoming and hardworking. I hope to come back and try the chopped cheese. It looks great along with a few other items.
Keep up the good work.

Great customer service, very helpful, and kind. Salah helped me since it was my first time there and I can’t wait to come back. I got the recommended chicken n lamb over rice bowl with salad, cheesesteak sub, fried shrimp and fish, chicken gyro, and desserts. Everything was heavily seasoned and fresh. Best Cheesesteak I’ve had in sooooo long. Thank goodness I came upon this place! I’ll be back soon!

This is the third time we’ve ordered food from here. The staff has no clue how to read the orders. If you ask for a cup of white sauce on the side PUT IT IN THE DAMN CUP! I’m tired of having my food dripping and drowning in sauce. Last time I couldn’t eat the gyro I ordered because it was a slimy mess. Today I ordered the chicken platter the sauce is oozing out from all sides of the lid. What is wrong with these people, do you really think that’s appetizing. I really don’t think I will bother getting food here again. They can’t follow simple instructions. Don’t waste your time.

The food was amazing. It’s truly one of the best restaurants you can find in New York. There’s one employee in particular, the cashier Salah. You can eat anything he orders. I’ve never seen such a great employee. I can say the best service. I mean, mashallah.

Listen — this suburban white girl packed up her Target tote and drove straight out of the cul-de-sac because somebody told me about that white and green sauce. And let me tell you — I would drive through three roundabouts and a Wegmans parking lot at rush hour just to get that on my fish again.
The fish? Crispy, flaky perfection. The rice? Seasoned like somebody’s abuela and tita had a secret meeting. But that sauce combo — creamy white, herby green — had me questioning everything I thought I knew about food. It’s tangy, spicy, cool, and dangerous in all the right ways.
Von behind the counter was friendly, the place was vibing, and the food came out hot enough to make you do a happy dance in the car. If you’re tired of bland salads and air-fried chicken, this is your sign: get in your Prius, plug in Halal N Out, and go experience flavor therapy.
Trust me — your taste buds will never forgive you if you don’t.

Overall, it’s pretty good food for what you are getting. Can’t speak for the meat, but all the veggies are pretty fresh and they even cut up fresh avocados for certain order items. The fries were phenomenal. The portion sizes were huge and could easily be made into two meals. Definitely would go back. Service was fine but they’re pretty busy and don’t communicate to you very much.

This is the OG in Rochester for sure – I always order here even with all the new halal spots popping up all over the city. Owner/manager is always incredibly kind and welcoming. Food is consistently amazing, and great value for what you get. 10/10, no notes.
