Been meaning to try this place for a couple months since it’s on my way back from the gym. Went with my friend and split the 6 piece chicken and we each got a flavor platter ( a lamb & chicken platter ) and it was amazing! The chicken was juicy and the crisp was incredible. The platter was a great portion size and they gave us some extra white sauce and hot sauce 🙂 We put a little hot honey on the chicken at home and it was insanely good! Halal Flavor House is a relatively new face on Main Street, so my husband and I paid a visit soon after they opened. When we got there, things were quiet but clean. The guy who took our order was incredibly warm and friendly, even offering us a free soda with our meal (after he heard us curiously exploring the refrigerated goodies while waiting for our meal).
Judging from the time that it took to prepare our order, it seems that things are made fresh. In fact, we took these to go and everything was still steamy hot by the time we got home (note that there are plenty of tables and chairs available for those who want to dine in). My chopped cheese sandwich was nearly everything I would have wanted in a good sandwich – toasted bread with soft innards and meat mixed with gooey cheese. My husband’s chicken schwarma was also consumed quickly and little complaint. Everything was just a little on the oilier side of things (to my recollection, we both felt the need to immediately balance things out with a green juice afterwards), so I probably wouldn’t include this in my regular rotation for the sake of our heart health, but it definitely satisfied the need for that one-off guilty meal.
I appreciate that this is one of few eateries in the immediate area that are open late for those special hours when something fast and greasy would absolutely hit the spot.
The restaurant sits on the corner of a pretty busy street, so finding parking on the immediate road is unlikely, but there are residential areas a short walk away.

I ordered some food for my team from here. Its is very good halal food place. We had a lot of options, fries, onion rings, wings, sandwiches, burgers, fried chicken and lasagna. And omg everything looked so good and tasted amazing. We will definitely be ordering from here moving forward.

I really liked the service, they made me an exclusive side dish, they were polite. The dishes were tasty, fresh, I especially liked the fish, I recommend it. The cafe is spacious, you can sit with a group. The prices are reasonable.

Been to so many gyro/fast food places, but this one definitely has to be the neatest and customer friendly. They have spacious seating and the place is nice. We got fried chicken and chicken wings and we enjoyed it.

OMG. Literally that’s all I can say about this food. It’s the most flavorful, authentic, delicious food I’ve ever eaten. I’m in Awe. Visiting from Colorado, with the most pickiest kids and when I tell you they ate ALL their food and said this was the best food we’ve had on our trip here to NY/NJ, I had to agree. We tried a lot of recommendations but GEEZ please try this place, you will not be disappointed. It was so good and reasonably priced. Thank you! Look at the picture, it’s all gone. This was bomb.

Honestly the food was very well! The chicken wings were perfect they weren’t greasy and were seasoned perfectly. I also ordered the house burger and the burger tasted as if they freshly came off the grill. Overall the place looked so nice and the food tasted amazing. Can’t wait to come back 🙂

I’ve ordered a few times here and its disappointing every single time. I ordered chicken and rice platter most recently. The service is great but the plate was smaller than usual Halal places and even the platter was filled shallow. I dont understand how much money they can possibly be saving by using smaller containers and reducing portions for a $10+ item. Every time I order from here I’ve experienced this type of salesmanship that just leaves me feeling not good as a customer.
