I ordered the same fish I get from every place..I had only came here because it’s new years and not many places are open…and I haven’t really had that many issues since I rarely get from here but the guy who checked out my boyfriend was creepy as soon as we got home and I opened the box I could clearly see it wasn’t cleaned cut or descaled the fish was like rubber there’s white sticky stuff in it feels like glue … this was not edible honestly a choking hazard since I got 2 scales stuck in my throat because IVE BEEN SICK and my boyfriends stomach hurts now it’s ripped up in the picture but they literally put the WHOLE fish in the batter I was surprised there wasn’t a head still on it. I personally won’t eat here again.

After being told it’ll be done in 10 mins then waiting another 45 mins just to find out they never actually put my order in… no problem but I get home n there’s hardly any fries n they’re cold as well as the chicken was cold… n the fries were supposedly freshly made… NEVER AGAIN!!

Look, I can give this joint 5 stars based off of this meal alone. Their other sides and stuff are okay, but the chicken and/or lamb over rice goes absolutely crazy. I could probably eat this every day. This is my Doordash go-to when I want real food and not fast food junk. They also give me cutlery and a canned drink every time. So good.

The other Crown Chicken in WB would always have chicken ready. You’d come in, order and go. With the Hanover Twp location, 9 times out of 10 in my visit experience, the chicken is never ready and always a 10-15 minute wait. Note to Crown….KFC just down the street and they always have chicken ready. The Crown experience makes difficult for last minute choices.

They should have given more meat, it was dry. None of the food was tasty. Very disappointed, total waste of the money. Gotta up the game coz competition is fierce. Was embarrassed in front of my guess who came outta state. I ordered chicken philly but they ended up sending 2 same orders

this place is filthy and a heath inspector needs to be called. i went there last monday to get dinner for me my husband and my kids, we didn’t wait long for the food but while i was there my son needed to go to the bathroom so i took him in the bathroom and there was a roach on the bathroom floor!!!! as we got out i noticed nobody in the kitchen was wearing hair nets or gloves while handling the food. when i was handed my food the worker was very snarky and rude because i had a 100 bill. after that i went home and went to eat my food and the chicken was undercooked and the rice was still hard?? how is this establishment still up for business?!?!

They told me 5 minutes. I got there 30 minutes, and he’s telling me he’s just getting the food ready. I have an Uber waiting for me outside. Charging me extra when I make sure I took the Uber a little bit late so by the time I get there I could get my food and get out. And won’t be charged extra. I got charged extra money, and my food still wasn’t ready. I got out of there. Don’t waste your time. If you’re taking an Uber to there.

We ended up ordering the cheese steak and chicken and fries close to closing time. We were treated very well and the food was absolutely amazing. The cheese steak is one of the best I’ve ever had and the chicken/fries were also very very good. Stop by and try them if you’re in the area!
