Based on the 4.9 rating I was expecting more. The burger was just average and nothing memorable. The onion rings were bland and the sauce they came with tasted like a sweet chili sauce that didn’t really go with them. I also paid extra for another sauce and the container was barely half full. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but it didn’t live up to the hype and I wouldn’t return.

Life changing experience. The food came hot and fast. The zinger burger was juicy and delicious. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. The Oreo shake was very decadent. The signature burger tasted very yummy.

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially Anna and Cashier Asif.

Stopped in on a Sunday due to such a great rating. Ordered takeout, and it was soooo good! Waffle fries and wings were delicious! You can also order flats or drummies. Wings were shaken in sauce, and very wet and flavorful. Chicken tenders…..were tender! Absolutely loved our lunch, and the price was right!! Xxooxx

Food: I’m not one for hyperbole, but this was the best burger I’ve had in Ohio! Very good flavor and juicy. I’d share a photo, but I ate the burger and onion rings too rapidly.
Service: Food was ready fast. My wife ordered a vegetarian cheese burger. There was a misunderstanding, and the manager comp’d her a cheese burger.

I’ve eaten at this place many times now. No matter what time of day that I choose, their service is so slow. I’ve had time to shop the grocery next door, purchase items and still wait almost 10 mins for my food. The food is great, but the waiting bites. The last two times, I was the only customer. Her cell phone seems to be more important.

Got the jalepeno Swiss burger and it was delicious! Hands down best burger I’ve had in quite a while. Everything was made fresh to order. Seasoned crisp waffle fries. Glad I asked for a side of their secret sauce it’s great on the fries too. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Will be back to try their wings in the near future. I seen they have a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a mango habanero too if you like spicy. Price point is nice. A double burger for 10.99. You would never get a burger from Wendy’s or McDonald’s again.
