Every dish I tried was impressive from start to finish. I ordered the fried calamari, gyoza soup, a Longhorn roll, and surf clam sushi, and each item was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The sushi rolls were carefully made and tasted incredible, while the fish was exceptionally fresh, exactly what you hope for in quality sushi. The calamari was crisp and light, and the soup was comforting and well-balanced. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and presentation. Overall, it was a fantastic meal that left me more than satisfied.

Thank you to Sarah who always takes care of us when we stop in to grab some wonderful sushi at Haiku. A friend recommended Haiku to us and we’ve been coming ever since. We love the Austin roll and the Buda roll. Miso soup is always perfect and Sarah’s wonderful service is what keeps us coming back. It’s Always a good experience to come and taste new menu items, and the delicious dishes and the appetizers they’re so delish, I’ve visited many sushi places in Texas, I didn’t see more delicious dishes than ‘Haiku’ and the drinks are so freaking, definitely coming back again..

Decent sushi boat at very reasonable price. Definitely left us full but I expected more fish and less teriyaki. The salmon was very fresh as delicious but some of the pieces were less than stellar. The drinks and service were great!

This place is a hidden gem! They have some delicious sushi. Especially their snow crab roll!! The harimaki is spot on. & their cucumber martinis are very refreshing! We like the spicy mayo too.. We enjoyed this place so much our first time around that we went back the following week! Not just because of the food, but because the staff is friendly.. Chance is very personable & provides good customer service! We love this place & will definitely keep going back.
