I had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The environment was clean, comfortable, and lively, and the staff made us feel very welcome.
A special shout-out to Jackson, who took exceptionally good care of our table. He was friendly, patient, and always checked on us without being intrusive. He refilled our soup and drinks promptly and explained everything with a smile.
Thanks to Jackson and the whole team, we truly enjoyed our meal. We’ll definitely come back!

Possibly one of the best hot pot places I’ve been to, service to food was just too good! Thank you to the nice guy in front for giving us a table super fast and the nice waitress who keeps attending to us to make sure we were okay! Absolutely love this place! And the guy doing the noodle dance thank you! You’re all amazing!!!

They constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, refilled our broth without us asking, and were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire meal. It honestly felt like VIP treatment. You can tell they truly care about every customer’s experience.
Of course, the food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality nowadays.

Food average like every Hotspot places. Service is good, atmosphere is a little strange with Happy Birthday signs over ever Booths.
Misleading advertisement brought us there, $19.99 Meat O’ Clock special, the actual check for 2 ends up to be $120.00. Wasn’t planning to spend $120 for a weekday lunch. The 1st and the last time I will consider any meal there.

Four of us came on a Tuesday. There were plenty of parking spaces. We did not have to wait for a table. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. There were free desserts as well. It was a very pleasant experience.

Haidilao in Fremont is absolutely outstanding — the broth comes out piping hot, the ingredients are spotless and fresh, and the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine. What really made the visit memorable, though, was our server, Ms. Qiao. She was attentive without hovering, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and handled every little detail with so much patience. Because of Ms. Qiao’s service, the whole experience felt way above a normal hotpot meal — more like being hosted. I would 100% recommend this Fremont Haidilao location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be seated in Ms. Qiao’s section.
