Came here for hot pot lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. I liked the chicken and black pepper soup. Broth was very flavorful and the chicken was tasty .
Meat and vegetable selection was very good. Liked the hand pulled noodles that were pulled by the worker at our table.
Overall, I was very happy with the hot pot. Will be back again for more delicious food and soup.

I love the food here, there are many varieties of broths. I got the spicy pork bone broth, which had a nice kick to it! Speaking of variety, the sauce station and the menu. There is just so much to pick from, and there is even a sauce guide for popular sauces. There are so many meats to choose from, and the seafood is high quality as well. 10/10 service, the people are so nice here! The enviroment is clean and wonderful. There were so many complimentary items!!! I would totally recommend this place if you’re into bold chinese hotpot flavors!

Haidilao is hands down the BEST hot pot experience I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk in, the service is exceptional the staff is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel like a VIP. The broth flavors are rich and delicious, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh.
I loved the huge selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and dipping sauces you can customize your meal exactly how you want it. The attention to detail is unbelievable, and the table-side noodle dancing and complimentary snacks add so much fun to the experience.
The atmosphere is clean, modern, and perfect for both date night and group dinners. The wait time was worth every minute, and they even provided snacks while we waited.
If you want amazing food, top-tier service, and a memorable dining experience, Haidilao is the place. Absolutely deserves 5 stars I’ll definitely be coming back!

Decided to try Haidilao, and it was pretty good! There were several choices for beef and seafood, different kinds of broth, a sauce bar wherein you can customize your dipping sauce, and of course, a dessert bar for after your meal.
We received free snacks upon arrival and leaving the store. They even give free hair ties, aprons and wet tissues to use.
The meat and veggies were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fish cake with cheese in it.
The staff were very pleasant upon our arrival and during our stay. Restrooms were easy enough to find.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at here at Haidilao Arcadia. Hopefully I can try more options next time.

Had a great time here. My friend and I came here for the lunch special and it was great, but during the 2nd around, the meat looked like it was frozen for awhile, but our waiter Leo did great recovery service! We enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back!

I had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao Hot Pot in Arcadia, Los Angeles. The food was extremely fresh and delicious, especially the meats and vegetables. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The service was outstanding — the staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout the entire meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this location!

Good food, good vibe. Lunch special price worth the try. $24.99 include soup base, one choice of meat, one choice of veggie, rice or instant noodle, one coke or sprite. I think it’s good place for lunch gathering. Our server JENNIE she’s superrr friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Great experience. All the goodies (hair ties, eye glass cleaner, snack, wipes) you get in the beginning is above and beyond. They also provide an apron, not just a bib. Service was great, broth choices were good, the sauce bar had a pretty large selection, a little intimidating and maybe feel a little rushed when a line starts forming behind you. I liked the dessert bar, although it’s pretty simple.
Be prepared to spend quite a bit on food. Alcohol on the other hand seemed pretty cheap compared to other places.

We have been here several times. We love it here. The food is great. Servers are so friendly and fun. It’s loud, but so worth it! We always have a great time here. I love the little snacks too and how you can make your own sauces.
