No doubt the worst sushi I have consumed. The volcano roll is a mess – the Sunkist roll not much better. The raw tuna wasn’t bad.

To me, it’s all about the rice / texture color on rolls. As others have mentioned, the texture, consistency, and presentation of the rice is a failure. Would not recommend. I actually would’ve left a one star review, with generosity I leave two …

The rolls seem to be hit or miss. My pepper tuna roll was really good. My wife’s roll was eh. We split a roll and it had a weird after taste. If you’re staying at the Hilton, its easy enough, but a bit expensive for what you get. The cocktails were decent, hotel prices.

Usually hotel restaurants are just OK but this is definitely not the case with Hadashi!! Our food was absolutely amazing!! We tried a bunch but my favorite was the hamachi chili! And to top it off Naomi, our server, was amazing!!

Absolutely love this sushi bar! Sitting at bar is our go-to: ask for Naomi. We normally order the Hamachi Chili and the Spicy Tuna Crunch

Sushi was fresh and very appetizing. I had the (2) Unagi-Nigiri (Eel Sashimi) and a Sun kissed Roll (Shrimp tempura and avocado, topped with spicy tuna, tempura crunch, spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce)… ..The waitress and bartender service was just okay..SMH. I had to send back and change a specialty drink (The Tito’s lemonade) for a mimosa which was equally as distasteful..Thank goodness I had 2 complementary drink vouchers..My friend who was the birthday girl had a Grouper Sandwich. She said it was ok..It took a while to come because it was prepared at another restaurant kitchen away from the Sushi bar…Also, I was hoping they could do a slice of cake with a candle for my friend, but they said they don’t do anything for birthdays…SMH..However we did get their delicious Turtle Cheesecake for $9…Anyways…Food was ..drinks ..Service was just ok…

Fish is very low quality and smells. I really wanted to like this place and try various rolls and dishes but we couldn’t eat most of the food we ordered because we were too afraid to get sick.

It’s over-priced for poor quality fish. The location is convenient for hotel guests and the service and atmosphere are good. But I can’t recommend this restaurant. I was very sad and disappointed at the quality of the food.

Located just alongside Sandcastles inside Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and Spa. As a neophyte sushi consumer, this is one of the best sushi places in the area that makes me love sushi mor and more.

We stayed at the Sandestin Hilton resort and decided to try it out since it was downstairs and wow the sushi was amazing!!! We got the ultimate spicy tuna roll I think it was and the black pepper tuna roll.

The guys at the bar and the guy at the sushi bar were quite rude. I had ordered takeout and the sushi chef didn’t like me sitting at the sushi bar even though the restaurant was empty and had told me to move away from him instead of asking politely. Food itself was very average, I worked at a cheap All You Can Eat sushi restaurant and I would say the quality of food was about the same. 20% gratuity for takeout too? Place is a joke. Don’t waste your time.
