We stopped for a Taco Tuesday meal, and while the waitress was friendly, the food was disappointing. The portions were small, and the meat was mostly fat and connective tissue rather than actual meat. My daughter’s chicken strips were overcooked with barely any chicken inside, and they arrived just three minutes after we ordered—appearing to have been prepared earlier. My fish tacos were stale and cold, and my husband’s pastor tacos were solely fat. The charro beans were mostly liquid with only about five beans visible. Tacos here are a disgrace. We used to dine at Hacienda House of Tequila on Theodore, which was significantly better. This place is a complete rip-off.

The food was Great and the service was Great!! My husband and I are here for work every other week so this will be our spot and we need the same waiter the young man was very nice and attentive!! I can’t remember his name it starts with an L!!

Hacienda San Miguel is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! A+ every time! The restaurant itself is perfectly themed and adorable. Makes me feel like I’m in Disney. My waitress was kind and happy to help us and the food is always packed with bold and delicious flavors and the beer is always ice cold!

They were so accommodating, considering the fact that we had another restaurant call us back and canceled because they were having a Christmas party. I called this restaurant three hours before and they were more than happy to take us. We got there. We had the best waiter and the best restaurant Manager Esteban and Rachel are top-tier and I will continue to come here and do most of our family function. It was well worth it and I thank them so much For making us feel at home is top-tier 10 out of 10 for us

Shout out to San Miguel’s for being one of the only places in Mobile that takes a large crowd without giving you attitude. This is always our go-to for birthday dinners because they allow you to make a reservation and will gladly accept a larger table. The servers are very nice and make birthdays special. Thank you!!

My niece had her birthday dinner here last night and she loved it. The atmosphere was a bit loud and hot but as long she liked it, that’s what mattered. She got the birthday sombrero and cream in her face and churros (and homemade M&Ms brownies courtesy of her Mimi!) for dessert so it was a good day. Food was good but could have been more flavorful. Hubby had the Quesabirria and I had the Arrachera-I had plenty of leftovers!

The food came out cold. There are broken tabletops; one fell over near my wife, but she wasn’t injured. Several of the seats are covered with mold across from the bar. 95% of the staff are hanging out on their cellphones inside those huts on the dining floor. The management seemed disengaged, looking off into the distance.

The amount of chicken on the fajitas was very worth the price of the entree. This was our third order that wasn’t filled properly. Sad to report because the workers/staff are very kind. It’s a great location with a good business.

Wonderful experience! Hostess neatly dressed and very polite. There were several servers and other people stopping to wait on us. Remarkable customer service at this place. Food was great, salad was bigger than I expected. Azahel was a lovely waitress as well.
