Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant in Magnolia, Texas. With many decades of combined authentic Mexican cuisine experience and a passion for excellent customer service, three brothers and other members of the Nunez Family established their first location in November 2013 in Magnolia, TX. Back in the late 1970s, the Nunez brothers began acquiring experience at Mexican restaurants around Houston, from working as dishwashers to waitstaff to management to ownership. We welcome our guests as we do at our own home, with open arms and a smile. We treat them well so they can feel like it’s their second home.
Informal Mexican/Tex-Mex option featuring familiar eats & margaritas in a laid–back atmosphere.

Great food and service! The chips were fresh and warm, and the salsa has a little kick. Excellent guacamole. The only issue I had was that I ordered the chalupas but it came out as what most places would call a tostada. The menus have a QR code to scan for pictures of the food, but it doesn’t work. Hopefully they fix it so customers can get a better idea of what their orders will look like.

First time here. Both the res salsa and green salsa were great. Chips tasted like they were not handmade but they were fresh.
I ordered the beef fajitas. It was good as far as overall but, the steak is cut thick which, to me, dulls down the flavor. But, it was good. The guacamole and Pico de Gallo were very flavorful.
This is a good spot to get your fix of Tex Mex.

I order in from here about once a month and the food is normally pretty good. However, tonight was less than satisfactory. You cannot charge $22 for carne guisda and put caldo in a bowl and call it carne guisada. It was pure liquid, and that is not what you typically serve as carne guisada. This will likely be our last time ordering from here, Mis Padres may be expensive, but at least we get what we pay for.

Everyone at this restaurant was friendly. The food was great! They have a habanero sauce that’s flavorful (super hot)! Fajitas and enchiladas tasted sooooo good. Gerald was our host/server, I think his attention to us was 100% “on point” like they say… Great food – great customer service!

Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations.
And the food – wow! Every dish we ordered was packed with authentic flavors and clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can tell they take great pride in their culinary creations.

Checked the google reviews before dining in. There wasn’t a wait to be seated. The staff is friendly. My wife had the chicken quesadillas and I had the beef dinner. Both meals were good. You can hear music softly playing while you dine. It was worth the stop. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. Give it a try.

This is our hands down favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. It’s that place where you go in, and all the faces are friendly, and know your name! The food is ALWAYS on point, and the service as good as it gets. They have also catered several events for us, and the food is always a crowd pleaser. We love our Hacienda Real family!

$20 pork carnitas that was served as 4 or 5 chunks of old, very dry reheated pork. Microwave reheated.
Store bought tortillas. The chips were OK.
Pico de gallo and guacamole might have come from Taco Bell.
I don’t say this often, but that was an insult. I feel like I got pick-pocketed for $30.
