Ft. Collins Tour: Friendly & Super Fast Service. Our friends took us here last night. The portions are huge. You can literally share a plate. The food was good and reminded me of good California Mexican food! Would definitely go back on our next trip to Ft Collins.

Great service, fun nicely decorated restaurant with good ambiance. Served chips, salsa with refried beans, all were very tasty. My husband had the Ceviche which had a very generous helping of squid and shrimp and other tasty fish, he enjoyed this dish. I had the Chilaquiles Con Huevo, it was good, but not what I had expected. I was thinking scrambled eggs on the side, this was nachos with scrambled eggs stirred into the chips. There was a very generous helping of sour cream and cheese. Not bad, but I will order something different next time. Again, the wait service was spot on and over all good food.

Having lived in Austin for much of my life, I’m pretty critical when it comes to Mexican food but I thought they did a pretty good job here. Plus, they have a huge selection of stuff that all looks really good. I wish there were combo options that included seafood and steak because I really wanted to try both but the seafood enchilada was delicious. There are some surf and turf options but they’re more traditional and don’t have a taco/enchilada variety. The margarita pitchers were a good deal and the house margaritas were good for the standard selection. I will definitely be back for another visit.

Stopped here for lunch after some disc golf. Staff are super friendly and the place feels clean and taken care of. Our waitress was super friendly and on top of things. Food came out quick which was nice. I ordered a quesadilla and husband ordered chili rellanos. Mine tasted really great. My husband said his was good but there was a lot of grease on his plate which he wasn’t a fan of. We got mints/candy with our receipts 🙂
Overall this is a great Mexican food restaurant and I do recommend this place!

I ordered the pollo con creme lunch . It was good and a lit of food even for lunch. I would have liked a little more spicy and flavor but it was a nice sauce and the chicken was good. Rice was a little bland and the beans were ok. I try to order something different every time I am here.

We stopped in today, looking to try something new and we are so glad we did! We arrived around 4:00 and beat the dinner rush. Our server was prompt and polite, restaurant was clean, and service was good. But the best part was the food! We ordered the sampler, fajitas, and a chimichanga. Being accustomed to smaller portions, we didn’t expect to get the massive plates that we did! Everything was delicious with a single exception being the queso dip. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t our favorite. We rarely order desert as we’re generally full and ready to leave at most restaurants but we did this time. We got the flan and cheese cake and oh my GOODNESS! The cheesecake was good but the flan was amazing! We will definitely be back, just maybe order and share one plate!

We were seated very quick, and our food came out even quicker. Ordered the Delux Burrito and my wife ordered the cheese dipped chimichanga. Now not knowing the portions are MASSIVE we ordered the appetizer sampler to try a bunch of different things. The chips, salsa and bean dip that comes out complimentary are amazing! The chicken is a bit dry in the dishes, wings are amazing though. The queso….is not great in our opinion. Which is a shame because I love me some queso but it kind of tastes like a store bought brand. The delix burrito with shredded beef was top tier delicious though I loved it. Margaritas are pretty well priced but super delicious. All-in-all: skip the appetizer; you won’t need it, and I’d stay away from queso/chicken. Everything else 10/10!
