The ambiance of this place is undeniably cool, trendy decor, great Hispanic music, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Unfortunately, the customer service really soured the experience for me.
I ordered an espresso martini, expecting a well-balanced cocktail. What I got instead was a clear looking drink that tasted like vodka mixed with syrup, nothing remotely close to what it should’ve been. When I politely asked for a replacement, I was told I’d have to pay for horrible drink, even though I had only had a sip and explained to the serve that the drink wasn’t what I ordered.
I understand places have policies, but good customer service means being flexible, especially when the issue is about quality. It was disappointing, and left me feeling like they cared more about the bill than the customer experience.
Great spot to look at , but don’t expect the same level of care in your glass.

This place was enjoyable to sing and dance to latin music. The main bar and entertainment are in an open patio with pedestal fans. If you are bothered by humidity or rain, this may not be your place. Live band and DJ were excellent! Performance and music selection the best! Food and drinks were good, not great, but at least it’s authentic Mexican food not Texmex. Be aware that menu prices are higher than what is posted online. Most menu items are $25 now. Expect to pay $100 average per person and $50 parking. Which is ok, we are paying for the experience. However, for such a nice place, service was a disappointment! Hostess was rude and not very pleasant, our waitress also had a bad attitude, tables were dirty, microphones without battery, water was served warm, food arrived cold, she didn’t check for refills and brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else, and our bill was inaccurate charging us for things we didn’t order. They expect and “allow in” an elite clientele (through their eyes), but their service quality is not to high standards. I hope service improves and the band stays otherwise it will be another tourist trap in Miami.

We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday — party of 5 with an 8:45 PM reservation.
Upon arrival, we were told there was a **2-hour limit on the table due to a wedding**, which was **never disclosed at the time of reservation**. The waiter was visibly rushing us the entire night and had an attitude from the start.
Most items on the menu were **unavailable**, which is hard to understand considering the restaurant opens at 6 PM. By 8:45 PM, there should not be that many items already sold out.
I asked to swap vodka for gin in a cocktail and was told **no** — yet when I ordered a gin drink with the exact same ingredients, it was suddenly allowed. Completely inconsistent and unnecessary.
Our appetizer didn’t arrive until **10:05 PM**, and by **10:20 PM** the host was already trying to force us out — **not even honoring the full 2 hours**. We had to call the manager at that point.
Entrees were ordered together, but **the birthday guest’s meal never came out**. We were then told her entree was unavailable — *after* everyone else received their food. When she tried to order another option, **those were also unavailable**, forcing her to settle for something else.
The manager stated an entree would be **comped**, yet the final bill was still **$740**, which did not reflect that promise.
To make matters worse, we used the restaurant’s valet service (Omni), paid **$20**, and later received a **$75 parking ticket** because the car was parked illegally in the garage they chose.
Overall, this was a **very disappointing experience**, especially for a birthday celebration. Poor communication, rushed service, limited menu availability, and unresolved billing issues.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this nightclub/bar restaurant! The atmosphere was vibrant, the live music was spot-on, and the food and drinks were exceptional. What truly made our night unforgettable was Eugenia—she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and outstanding service really stood out. From personalized recommendations to ensuring everything was perfect, she made us feel like VIPs. Highly recommend this place, and if you’re lucky enough to have Eugenia take care of you, you’re in for a treat!
