I just have one SERIOUS question! IF YOU GET 5 OR MORE PLATES DO YOU HAVE TO GET CHARGED WITH 15% OF SERVICE GRATUITY!? Today I went with my family for my dads birthday and as you can imagine a family is more than 2 people. I got more than 5 plates and when I got my check I was being charged for 15% SERVICE GRATUITY! Although I didn’t VOLUNTARY TIP the guy! If you don’t get charged for that for getting 5 or more plates please say something because it’s not okay if workers want to tip themselves without even asking for our permission!

The waitresses clearly did not want to help me and my fiancee, from the moment we walked in nobody wanted to seat us and when we finally made eye contact with the waitress enough times she begrudgingly walked over to the front and got us a table. It was not busy or crowded but she walked over to the closest table tossed down the menus then walked away all before we even got to the table to sit down. Then all night we were ignored not one refill was offered or even extra napkins we shared one napkin more than half the night we were there! I know we were being ignored because the other two tables around us had the waitresses there every 5-10 min. The food was great though.

Terrible service, disgusting food that had no flavor and was cold. The waitress was rude and condescending. There was a cockroach crawling on my cousins arm. Our family spent a lot of money(And traveled as far as Germany) to be treated like trash. Will not EVER go back to this establishment. The only good thing was the mints when you leave.

I like this place there was a man performing singing and dancing. He was going around the sitting area singing to the guests and dancing. The man performing made the vibe for the guests to have fun and enjoy their nights. The drinks that I order were good. The food was okay it couldn’t been better but it wasn’t bad. The prices are very cheap.

The service was horrible! The food was cold and didn’t have any flavor. Our waitress was inconsiderate and could careless that their service sucked and the food was flavorless. No manager to speak of at the restaurant and our waitress was the one left in charge.

It wasn’t very good. My carnita meat was dry but somehow there was grease flowing out of the bottom. I didn’t finish my food and left feeling sick. The waiter also took forever to check in on us throughout the entire meal as well as get the bill. The rice was decent though.
