I’m always looking for good local cooking. I manage a rural restaurant and bar with amazing fresh food and homemade dinner specials nightly (Johnson’s landing cafe and bar Salton city ca) and this is now my place now in town. Daily specials like they’r their tri tip and chicken plate for $12 omg. Can’t be beat. Burritos so fresh perfectly rolled easy to eat and just delightful. Great tortillas and good carne. Have great respect that they support or supported the local schools till the end of the restaurant business as we know now. Thank Covid. Please frequent this establishment they are a family business, easy to miss on the Google maps but look for the little sign in front on K st. Let’s keep our family of local food stops alive. Respect the fact that they work. Don’t collect unemployment and keep there doors open and still put out amazing food and way too low prices as far as I’m concerned. A must go place and even take out was amazing after it sat for an hour in my car.

If you’ve never been here, you are really missing out. Great food, the employees and owners are very nice people. Have a lot of Brawley spirit inside. But plan to come early, as they are only open M – F from 7 A.M. to 2 P.M.
