I liked it here. Service was super good!!! Very good. Everything was fresh and the drinks were top notch. The dining area was roomy and welcoming. The beans and rice are superb.

My girlfriend and I always get takeout from here and it has always been a delicious and pleasant experience. Tonight we ordered two Haciendas Fajitas and some chips, queso, and salsa. I was able to pick it up on time like always and everything went fine until I reached my home. Unfortunately the bag had soaked through and upon leaving my car the bag spit causing our meal to splatter onto the parking lot pavement. I was devastated and fearing my girlfriend’s reaction . Once we cleaned what we could we called the restaurant and explained the situation. Over the phone we were offered half off of our previous order which we were more than happy to receive. After ordering I went to pick up and after talking to the staff they informed me the owner had personally asked the staff to not charge me for my two meals whatsoever… This made my girlfriend and I’s night. I cannot recommend this place more. As you can tell the service is top tier and the food is always delicious. Thank you to the owner and staff of Hacienda Las Glorias.

This place did not come up on list of Mexican restaurants. Luckly Barb lived here and was familiar with the resturant. When we arrived the parking lot was full, we parked next door at a donut place along with about 6 other cars. Very noisy place, everyone seemed happy. Food was fantastic! Probably in top 3 ever and I’m old. We had the Chimi, rice, beans and salad. SO GOOD. our server knew his job and was attentive. Wonderful nite. Only downside was the noise but I was busy eating and didn’t need to talk. We had eaten in a highly rated mexican resturant in Chicago 2 days earlier and it was average compared to this place. They have 2 locations, we went to the original place . Must try!

We had done a group order last Tuesday. About 15 of us. When we received our order, some were cold/warm (mind you we were prompt on pickup). Did not get the queso/salsa for our chips. So sent someone back to get those. 7/15 of us ended up getting terrible food poisoning. 6 of which had gotten chicken something or another. Definitely some type of cross contamination going on here. Be mindful. Have been here a couple other times and experience was always okay at best. 2 stars because staff was very friendly and prompt about getting us the missing items in our order. But otherwise I don’t think I/we will be back anytime soon.

Good chips and salsa. Dated but festive environment. I had the Enchilada Rio Grande with beef tips. It was good, decent proportions, and affordable. The service seemed over worked. Took awhile to get our orders. Happy hour lime margaritas were very tasty!

Visiting town for a volleyball tournament and always looking for a good Mexican restaurant. La Hacienda did not disappoint!!! Greeted us and said we could sit anywhere. Brought chips and salsa immediately to our table and to get drink requests. We both got raspberry tea, so we don’t know how their margaritas are. My husband had al pastor fajitas, and I had the la hacienda fajitas. Food came fast. My husband said they were good but missing the spicy kick he thought they should have. Mine were also good, and I had no complaints. Service was good as they checked on us a couple of times. Salsa was good, not too spicy (i could always take it spicier), and rice and beans were also good. I will definitely be back when in town again!!!

First let me start off by saying the restaurant was nice with a very good atmosphere. The chips and salsa were super good…..That’s where it ends.
I ordered the seafood chimi. It comes with crab meat and shrimp. It looked great when it was set on the table. I cut it open and didn’t see any shrimp. I could see the imitation crab meat but no shrimp. My server happens to stop by and looked at it and said “that’s obviously not correct.” I said yes and that it doesn’t have any shrimp. He then said “I can get it redone or give you a discount.” I said just give me a discount since it’s not right and I’ll eat it the way it is.
I thought all was good. My server said my manager will visit you. At this point I had eaten the dish to completion….When she came over she said the shrimp is chopped up very fine so it’s hard to see. I said no way that’s the case and that there was no shrimp. I said just discount it since it’s not correct. She said “I’m not going to discount it since you ate it all.” I said yes but your server knew it wasn’t right when he looked at it and said he would discount it. She then said “I’m not discounting it and we are busy”. She then walked off.
The chimi without the shrimp was very good but it’s not what I paid for. This could have been handled professionally by the manager but she chose to act differently and was extremely rude.
Will NEVER visit again!!!!

The decor in the building was very pretty, but the food was mediocre. I had shrimp enchiladas, which came with corn tortillas. The corn tortillas were dry, and the shrimp was slightly overcooked. The veggies on my plate were fresh.
The service was not great. No one came to check up on us once we had our food, but at least we got our drinks refilled.

The food was good, definitely authentic Mexican food. However, the place was a bit dirty and unkept. Tight walking spaces. Overall, I would eat here again. The lady that served us was quick!
