Beautiful, memorable experience at Hacienda La Laborcilla in Querétaro. The courtyard setting is stunning — especially at night with the lights reflecting off the pool and the historic stone architecture all around. It feels romantic, peaceful, and very special, like stepping into another world.
The food presentation was excellent and tasted just as good as it looked. We tried dishes like steak over mashed potatoes and shrimp pasta, and everything felt high-quality and well prepared. Service was attentive without feeling rushed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy time with family.
What really made it stand out was the atmosphere. The music, lighting, and open courtyard create a perfect place for celebrations, holidays, or a nice dinner when visiting Querétaro. Definitely one of those spots that feels like a core memory.
Would absolutely come back again.

A beautifully curated dining experience both day and night. The food quality, excellent menus and high degree of personal service warrants the price points and delivers fully in satisfaction & atmosphere. A wonderfully thought out renovation of a historic building. Aranhzazu , our server was the icing on the cake, attentive and lovely in all aspects.

Extraordinary place and food! Slow-cooked short rib was a highlight (and so was the tiramisu). Pizzas were also unexpectedly awesome. It’s definitely a pricey place by international standards; I felt it was great for a one-time experience. Besides the prices, my only complaint was that food was repeatedly left waiting besides our tables for a long time, waiting for the waiter to come (who was serving three other tables simultaneously).

I visit Queretaro often and I always visit Hacienda Laborcilla. Overall, this is just the most Beautiful restaurant. The food and service are Fantastic!!! El Mejor Lugar!!!
To me the best part is the bar staff and when you do need a drink, just ask for Nash (Sr Sommelier) or Aldo (Jr Sommelier) as they will take care of you, helping make sure you get the Best Experience Ever!

I highly recommend the food from this place. Their salmon is the best around Queretaro. The atmosphere and the architecture of this restaurant is pretty unique, it feels like you are in Europe that you forget you are in Mexico. The only downside is the waiters are requesting a mandatory 20% tip.
