The food is so fresh and delicious. Plus, the portions are huge. You get a lot of food for the money you spend. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I love the paintings on the wall walls and the overall feel of the interior design. The only thing they could do better is the service. We were there on Valentine’s Day and I know it’s a very busy holiday. We had one person take our drink order, A different person take our food order, and another person running our food. It was hard to know who we should flag down to get the dessert menu and also to get our check at the end of the night. Again, they were very busy so I understand needing a couple of different hands to chip in and help. As the diners it made it very confusing who we should ask for help. I would still eat her again because the food was amazing and the portions were very generous. Also, the man who comes to the table with the guitar was really a nice touch.

The service was good, the food it just feels that they have that Mexican touch that makes the food really good and tasty! I celebrated my son’s birthday today at this restaurant and they sang happy birthday to my son and gave a tres leches cake to celebrate. We ate some carne asada tacos and the soft tortilla and the juicy meat along with the guacamole made it a really tasty taco! Before we got our food, we got served some chips with guacamole that were really good and crispy. The customer service was good the workers attended us and they were really nice. The atmosphere was also a 5 star because of all this Mexican art in the restaurant along with sombreros and a horse inside!

Came here because this is where we had our first date, so it was supposed to be special. Pero instead we were basically forgotten the last half of our meal — me dejaron con sed porque nunca nos trajeron agua. Maybe it’s because we weren’t as “fun” as the table of 6 men next to us… who knows.

I rarely order shrimp but this place was actually good. The photos were from 2 different take out orders. One was the taco salad with shrimp and the other was a variety of tacos. Everything is authentic here. I wish they had the option to order online without having to call for takeout pickup. This place was in honor of the Father’s name. If you are in Suffern this place is not to be missed. I forgot to mention the beverages are amazing all of them are too good not to try. Cold infusion drink made with Jamaica flower, Tamarindo, & Horchata.

I ordered a margarita, guacamole, shrimp ceviche and 3 tacos. Everything was fresh and tasty, the guacamole is made on the spot right in front of you and it’s delicious.

It’s just such a sweet place to be. The atmosphere, the attention, the food… Delicious! The dishes are well served at a great price for a lot of food. I recommend the quesadillas with pastor. If you have the opportunity, you should place a visit!
