This place just opened and a lot of people were in there trying it out. The quality of the food is very good. They are still learning their systems and working on training so you have to give them grace on that. The design and atmosphere is excellent. This is a great addition to the area and it will be frequented by many. Our waitress Kristine was really excellent. She is young, but nailed the customer service side of things. My son def agreed that she deserved a great tip. Also the hostess named Sarah was very tentative to people’s needs around where she was. Saw my son and I hanging out and got us a menu. I will be back and I wish this restaurant lots of success.

Took forever to place our order. First the server offered to come back in a couple minutes because my son had to take a work call and was on the phone. That was good. But after he was off the phone she spent the next 20 minutes talking to people in two other booths right by us and just forgot us.
When we finally got the food it all looked beautiful, but…
I ordered a cauliflower bowl and it was hard to find much cauliflower. It was mostly rice and black beans, with some onions, corn, avocado and carrot chunks. Tasty, but I really wanted cauliflower to be prominent.
My husband ordered a carnitas burrito and again, it was hard to find the carnitas. It was mostly filled with black beans.
We love black beans, but when it says cauliflower or carnitas as the primary focus, they shouldn’t be so hard to find.
The guacamole we ordered was delicious! The salsa was great! I didn’t get my son’s opinion of his tacos.
Nice atmosphere.

We are visiting from out of town and after trying to find 3 other Mexican Restaurants in the area we discovered this jewel. This restaurant is very nice and has a great vibe. All the ingredients are made fresh in house. We ordered a few different things among our group. The carnita enchiladas, a house colorado gold margarita, and my wife had the chicken fajitas with fresh made tortillas. Another person in our party ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp. Everyone was very satisfied and we had a great lunch!

Tried out a different location of this restaurant chain that boasts super tasty food made with fresh ingredients which also applies to their monthly Margarita promotions (December is Bloody Orange!).
It felt like the dressed up version to the casual location in my backyard.
The music was popping & kept us dancing from the parking lot on the way in to the table and back on our way out. They really should seriously consider adding a dance floor.
Margaritas, quesadillas and sopapillas, oh my! ❤️

We decided to just check and see if by chance on opening night a table would be available. We were told 25-30 min wait. 10 min later a table was available. One negative, as we were being taken to a table I saw 3 booths and asked if we could possibly have a booth. We were told no because they were all reserved. No problem. In the 2 1/2 hours we were there only one of those booths were used. The food was all delicious with the small exception that the steak in my burrito was extremely chewy. I’ve eaten at many Hacienda restaurants and never had that before. I realize this franchise has sold, let’s hope they don’t cut corners ruining this successful restaurant. Everyone else had a great meal nothing but rave reviews especially on the Vegi fajitas. Margaritas were exceptionally yummy. I would give them 5 stars had my steak burrito been better. Service was excellent but very slow but I chalk that up to opening night.
This restaurant has great atmosphere however music was pretty loud(again opening blunders I think) hard to talk over the music. Family friendly, good food, good service and with exception to alcohol the prices were reasonable. I think this restaurant is great for celebration dinners, date night or simply a no cook night. We’ll certainly be back. If you’ve not tried Hacienda if Colorado give it a try.

We ate here for lunch on Monday. The food was delicious I had the Guadalajara that had grilled bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled chicken, and grilled Steak. It also came with grilled bell peppers, onions, guacamole and sour cream. And also fresh made tortillas.. The staff was friendly and professional and the place was clean, and in a good location. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Was looking forward to trying Hacienda Colorado but the experience and food was below average. It started with the 30 minute wait for a table and them not paging us when our table was ready. Then we met Jessica our server who was quite slow with service and not attentive to our table and refills. The guacamole was on the bland side and just not very good, but the Beef Chimichanga that was recommended was even worse as well as the beans and rice. At the end of our meal it took maybe 8-10 mins to even get the server to return so that we could get a check and leave ASAP. This was quite a poor experience and I will not return.

We had an excellent experience and meal tonight. This is opening weekend, so the wait was an hour, but worth it. The tableside guacamole was some of the best we ever had. They customize it to your liking and drizzle it in garlic oil. We all agreed that the Tres Amigos Margarita is one of the best we ever had. The food was good and portions generous. Our amazing waitress, Desiree, recommended the chocolate pinata for dessert. What a cool experience; the edible, chocolate, pinata bursts and mini churros and fruit roll out. You can dip the contents in chocolate, whipped cream, or fruit sauce (strawberry or raspberry sauce; I couldn’t tell). Easily feeds 6 or more. We took leftovers home. We will be back and hope to get seated in Desiree’s section again!

Not too bad. Unfortunately they don’t have a lunch menu which I believe many other Haciendas do. We had a great seat on the balcony that has a nice view. Food was great.

Great place for Mexican food, the atmosphere is great, my server was nice and provided everything we needed. The food could use some work at least the enchiladas the cheese was too hard for my preference. Everything else including drinks were top notch.
