Atmosphere was very nice. The street tacos were excellent. My husband had been looking for good street tacos for quite a while and was satisfied. Enchiladas were good as well. Margarita was very good and very strong. Pricing is competitive. Service was a little slow but it is forgivable when it’s in its first week of service. Everybody needs to get the flow of things. We will definitely return to sample more of the menu in the future. Looking forward to another great experience.

We have eaten here at Azul several times . Food is well seasoned ,hot and delicious. Tamales are home made and great. Pork carnitas were the best I’ve had . Street tacos very good spicy or not . Nice to have a choice. Fajita burrito tasty and huge. Margheritas good and they don’t skimp on the alcohol.

I went there for the first time on Saturday 1/31/26 with my two sisters. We were the only ones there at the time. The hostess greeted us and sat us down and we got chips and salsa. About 10 minutes later the waitress finally came up and asked us what we wanted to drink. We put in our orders, which were all the same, water and a margarita. We waited 10+ minutes and still had no drink s. For us being the only customers in the whole restaurant you think they would have better service. We were in the restaurant for 25 minutes and all we got was chips and salsa. I’m sorry to say this restaurant won’t make it if they don’t improve on their service.

We had a party of three in our group. Each of us ordered a different dish: enchiladas, chimichanga and stuffed sopapilla. All of our food was very good, service was great and our food came out quickly. We would definately go there again!

If you have an hour and a half for luch, maybe you’ll like this place. Took 20 minutes to get a water, then another 10 to order a drink from the bar that took forever to get. I get your new, but c’mon. There was only 5 tables when we were there. Service sucked, and the food was sub-par especially for what it cost. Don’t see this place lasting long with two great Mexican restraunts right nearby in this tiny town.

I’ve been twice. It is expensive and the food is just “okay.”

Pros:
Discount if you pay with cash
Chips are tri-colored and good
Chicken chimichanga is excellent
Staff is friendly

Cons:
Beans
Expensive
One bowl of chips for free and FIVE DOLLARS for a refill.
Staff takes your order on a device and they have trouble finding things, so by the time they do, you have to repeat what you wanted.

Food looks better than it tastes. It’s bland! I had the carnitas, and it tasted like roasted turkey. I’m not kidding, it was not cooked traditionally. Rice and Beans were moist, but tasteless and no flavor. Our meals would be good if they just added flavor to everything.
