Really enjoyed lunch here, everything we ordered was delicious. We had the horchata, ceviche (bright, citrusy), tacos, and chimichangas (crispy, flaky, so good).
Good sized portions, reasonable prices.
The outside of the restaurant doesn’t look like much but I would definitely recommend this place and come back. There is parking was easy in the strip mall lot.

you guys should know that in this place the owners don’t give tips to the waiters. As a matter fact they pay their wages from the tips they receive.
Yeah the food is great but the restaurants values im not too sure

Guys this is the real deal. Small unassuming place in the rear of a small parking lot of a small strip mall. Inside is friendly, colorful with authentic Mexican flair. VERY reasonably priced. This is a place where locals go with their families. Though not everyone’s go to when it comes to Mexican food the menudo soup was unbelievable in it’s hardiness and sheer volume. I went back a second time to be sure and they served it the same way. Rich broth that tastes like it was simmered for hours. A bonus of large knuckle bones also tasted like they’ve been simmered for hours. An unusual addition to this type of soup. They do a brisk take out business so do be prepared to wait a little bit for your food even if the place is not full but it is well worth it. Oh and they hand make their own tortillas which are amazing –
both flour and corn (I’m partial to the flour tortillas) which they serve up hot in a cute container that looks like a sombrero. All in all great job.

Small Mexican restaurant right off of route 59 in spring valley. In a small stripmall across the street from Walgreen’s store. I was not blown away; however the food was good. The inside has a traditional Mexican feel to it, unlike the many restaurants around the area. Will visit again and see how it is to dine in..
