In town visiting and stopped in for dinner..the BEST decision ever!! It was the best meal the entire trip!! Large portions and priced right!! The establishment was clean and decorated so cute for Christmas. We all (7 of us) loved the food, service and atmosphere!! If you don’t try it you are missing out!! We had the steak, chicken & shrimp.

Cute place. The food was very well seasoned and tasty. The prices online do not match the prices in the restaurant. That’s what gave them 4 stars. Restaurant owners should be truthful. The prices match the hibachi prices that you get when you’re going for the full “cook in front of you” experience “with soup and salad.” It should be cheaper when you don’t get your food cooked in front of you and you don’t get soup and salad. Customer service was good though. I would recommend.

We come to Ocean Lakes several times a year and we don’t make a trip without eating here. I have never been a fan of steak, but I tried my husbands one trip and now I get the filet every time. The rice is the best I’ve ever had and the veggies are too. It doesn’t look like much if you go by location and look, but it’s a hidden gem. My 4 and 2 year olds survive on bath water and dreams, and even they finish every bite of their split junior filet mignon plate.

I got the jr. bowl with noodles. The chicken was so dryed out a d the noodle were dry and salty. I have tried twice and it was both times. For an upcharge on the noodles the jr.bowl was not worth the 10.75 I paid for food that I couldn’t even finish. It’s not that way if you order hibachi, the chicken is fresh but the noodle are hard and too salty. I’m so disappointed. Why so salty and dry?

I’m really amazed by the portion and the price of this place! I’m not a light eater and the Teriyaki chicken entree was more than i could eat for $13.50!!! And the flavor, atmosphere and service were excellent too! Best value of any restaurant I can think of! Thank you for such generosity and quality!! Truly outstanding!!!

Absolutely love how I can walk in order hibachi and walk right back out. Food every single time we order is perfectly cooked it’s so good. So many different options. Next time I am getting the steak and scallop bowl though cuz I want to try some scallops

I never post reviews, I don’t want to sound like a Karen. I literally love this place so much, I love the food and I go here very often and have even went frequently when it was Miyabi Jr. I went in there 2 times this week & both times the people taking my order made me feel like I was annoying and wasting their time and it made me super uncomfortable. Rolling their eyes & huffing and puffing when I added something else to the orders. I’m really upset because I LOVE this place. But feeling unwanted and like a burden as a paying guest is not the best feeling to have! Especially when the food is so expensive here too.

This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant. It just keeps getting better and better. The 1st time I came I ordered chicken and shrimp combo entree. It was delicious it was and the portions are huge. This time I ordered hibachi chicken and steak. The quality of the steak was amazing. It was super tender and seasoned. This steak was better than high end hibachi restaurant. It was cooked perfectly medium as I ordered. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh quality ingredients, large portions, a clean restaurant and excellent customer service.

The flet steak was fatty wasn’t very happy with.It should have got the chicken. But their chicken’s got the fat on.It also should have went to miyans by Myrtle Beach, Walmart seaboard street. At least they trimmed the fat off their chicken.
