The food is pretty good. The prices aren’t that great, but that’s most places these days. They definitely do not believe in the saying that the customer is always right. We were in there recently, and they made us sit at a particular table that was more convenient for them. We didn’t really mind, though. But then they turned on a very powerful ceiling fan above us that was blowing all our food and making us and our food cold. We asked them to turn it off, and they said they needed it on to dry the floor because it was just mopped. They did eventually turn it off and back on again about 3 times while we were eating. It’s just bizarre to me that they would be fine making the customers uncomfortable and arguing about why they didn’t plan on fixing the problem.

We came here on a Sunday and mimicked a Merry-Go-Round as we walked the restaurant looking for a clean table. There were none. We eventually settled on the least dirtiest table where I had my meal sitting on crumbs left by the prior dinees. Pesky flies buzzed around our table and the glass no doubt attracted to all the grime and rice left over.
The waiter only spoke to us when he absolutely had to. And our sodas were all syrup with no carbonation.
The food isn’t bad, don’t get me wrong. I know most people would rave about the size of the plates, but if you’re like me and you prefer smaller portions, where quality is prioritized over how much food can be pushed out in a few minutes’ time, this isn’t the spot.

One of the few hibachi place in the Upstate that doesn’t serve “dry” hibachi. Their hibachi sauce is nicely glazed over the food. Other places’ dishes look naked with no sauce to be found, sometimes a watery mess under the food. Hachi gets theirs right every time!

When I arrived at the hibachi express place (Seneca location) Requested a plate to have rice on the side just so I can put my meat separately on another plate. waitress said yes and another woman came out with our food, but didn’t bring the plate apparently it was a problem so they started acting like we were the problem. They served us warm food with fat still left on the chicken and half Seared/cooked shrimp and kept avoiding our table like the plague, the black plague then they Brought us to-go plates as soon as we took two bites of our meal and it push us out the door. Insinuating that we need to leave we had requested to get another to-go plate to separate our food and the waiter walked off didn’t come back until somebody started cleaning up our plates while we were still eating and staring at us profusely. I do not recommend going to this place. they were very unorganized. Unprofessional. Very bad communication. The customer service was horrible.

First time eating here. Surprisingly good to appear so small outside. Reasonable prices, appears clean, good tea. Friendly. I got the steak, chicken, shrimp, scallop with rice, carrots, etc. enough to eat off of for a few meals.
Just adding that some time back, they updated their menu. The food is SO GOOD! My favorite is the salmon & scallops or shrimp.

Food is very good. They give you allot but most of it is rice. For what it cost you should get more meat and veggies. It’s not in great shape inside either. Staff not too friendly either.
