We offer a 21 & older rooftop dining experience. Modern Mexican Restaurant and Mezcal Bar located on top of Savi Provisions Pharr Rd in Buckhead. Signature dishes include our Costras, Flautas, and both house-made salsa and guacamole. To enhance the experience we ask that you respect our business casual dress code. Casual wear including baseball caps, flip flops, slides, excessively revealing clothing, cut-offs, and athletic attire are considered to be informal. Although we accept and encourage your unique style we appreciate your consideration by embracing the dress code.

The vibes of habitat are always on point this was my first time going in for brunch everything was great! Just be prepared to be hot if it’s a hot day! They have fans but you know Atlanta heat does not play! So I would recommend going on a nice day when it’s not hot or cooler weather! Everything else was great food, service

My experience at Habitat was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation for seven people at 8pm and, throughout the night, ordered two bottles of liquor, multiple margaritas, other cocktails, and a significant amount of food. While we were halfway through our last bottle and still actively ordering drinks, two different waitresses approached us asking when we would be done because another group wanted to “buy the table.” There were no other tables or chairs available, which essentially forced us to leave despite being paying customers.
Habitat used to have an elegant, upscale atmosphere, but that no longer seems to be the case. The dress code has changed, and unfortunately the food quality and customer service have declined as well. Overall, it was a very poor experience — 0/10, and I won’t be returning.

Amazing place with amazing atmosphere, to spend time with friends, family or couple. I had the opportunity to go to an event during the noon/afternoon but I wish know how is the place during the night with different music and DJs. I didn’t frequent go to places like that but with my current experience definitely is the best place to brunch in your weekends, listen a good music and drink a good coffee or cocktail depending your mood of the day.

Went today for a reservation @12pm. They had a 2 hour limit which is reasonable but they advertised a brunch and bandas from 12-7pm. Then the band posted on their socials that they were not going to play till 4pm.
False advertisement is not cool. We clearly went for the brunch and bandas and it is no longer brunch @4pm.
It was hot and they had fans but they did not turn all of them on, only a few.
The food was ok
The drinks were good
The service was good too but there wasn’t a lot of people around 12pm so not sure how their service is when it is busier.

My husband and I had plans to go somewhere else but stumbled upon this place instead (had a better vibe). Close to closing time but they still served us. The food was great. The steak on the tacos was tender and seasoned. Quesadillas were delicious. Drinks were top shelf. We’ll be back.

Went here for brunch, nice decor and vibe. They had a DJ that set the energy. Greeter and server was very nice. The drinks were delicious. The food was okay. The server brought out the wrong order twice. Which happens but when I asked she didn’t know what the order should look like or include so she had to keep going to check. Maybe she was new there. Then at one point, I ordered a pork belly dish and she brought out steak. I mentioned it being steak instead but she said “I’m 100% sure that’s pork belly”
Well it wasn’t. When they brought out the correct version of pork belly, it was really dry. As in some of the pictures I shared you can see the dryness of the food. Now the steak and eggs meal was good and they cook their eggs perfectly. Not sure if I’ll be back unless it’s just for drinks. Sat there over into the next service and saw some of the the meals coming out on plates and they looked very good though. Met new friends while there.
Also paid $10 for parking in the lot.

This place was very pretty, kind of got miss directed based on where the name is on the building and where the entrance of the restaurant was, but we figured it out. When we arrived it was 3PM and we were told we could only order breakfast stuff because the kitchen was gonna be closed from four till five so they can convert over to dinner time. That was a pretty big inconvenience cause we wanted dinner items. I can’t imagine if we arrived, any later, we would’ve just been sitting there drinking on an empty stomach, which is not great, but other than that the service was pretty great the food taste pretty good but we didn’t end up getting what we wanted (dinner) but we ended up getting breakfast because of the time we went of course so yeah, take a look at the pictures that I posted down below. THE MUSIC WAS GREAT!!! Have fun !

I checked this spot this weekend with a friend and loved it. The space was cute! The service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got the shrimp tacos and they were so good. I mentioned moving from LA and had been looking for great tacos and man these hit the spot. My only feedback is cost. If I’m paying 19 for shrimp tacos, chips and salsa should come with it. Other than that was great tacos n service! Will check their happy hour soon!
