This place was an absolute dream from start to finish. The moment you walk in, the décor hits you stunning, intentional, and beautifully curated. You can tell they took their time crafting every part of this restaurant, hotel, and gallery. Whether you sit outside, inside, or at the bar, every area has its own vibe, and all of them are immaculate.

We had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Mike Wilson, which was so cool because I love meeting chefs as a big foodie. I asked him what the one thing on the menu was that I absolutely needed to try, and he told me the Steel City Reuben. THAT Reuben has been the best thing I’ve eaten all week. I’m still thinking about it. The balance, the flavors, the fries everything worked perfectly together. I’m not even a pastrami girl, and this was my first time trying it… now I love pastrami. That’s how good it was. This is definitely the lunch spot.
My date got the Panzanella with shrimp, and I ended up eating half of his salad because it was that good. Fresh, balanced, and full of flavor.
Our drinks were made by David, our bartender, and they were exceptional. He listened to what we liked and made the perfect suggestions. My favorite was the Winter Botanical Spritz so refreshing and beautifully crafted. I also tried the Blood Orange Cider Margarita, which was delicious and full of flavor.
One thing I really loved is how you can change the vibe of your experience just by moving around. We had our first drink outside with the breeze and then shifted to the gallery area it gave total speakeasy energy with the artwork surrounding us. It felt like a whole different mood in the best way.
I heard the menu changes often, but I truly hope they never take the Reuben off. It deserves to be a signature. Everyone needs to try it at least once. It’ll change the way you look at Reubens forever.
I’m already planning to come back for dinner, and I definitely want to come back for lunch again just for that Reuben. The atmosphere, the food, the views, the vibes everything made this such a memorable experience.

And something a lot of people probably don’t know is they also have a cooking school and wine blending classes available for sign-up. The entire place is an experience!

Chef Mike, if you see this what should I try next time? Because I’ll be back soon.

Food was superb. Dinner on 12.29.25 – Chicken fried bacon and yeast rolls for appetizer with hot honey dip. Grouper and pork loin for main course. The flavor combinations were exceptional. We left very little on our plates!! Went back for lunch the next day. Kudos to Chef Mike!!

What a great setting and atmosphere. Our attendant Keke was amazing with her recommendations. The food and detail didn’t disappoint either.

Each and every part of this establishment is well thought out from the menus to the decor and design. Perfect place for a romantic brunch date. The portion sizes are perfect! I had the 3rd Coast Omelette and my husband had the Chicken & Biscuit with a side of Conecuh sausage and a sunny side up egg. Every bite was delicious and has me wanting more already.

Before driving out to a friend’s birthday party, we thought we’d stop in for a drink and a snack. The rooftop bar looked inviting so we walked up to check it out. After speaking to the bartender, we went to find a host. After a bit of roaming, she eventually found a small patio table and seated us there. We ordered an Old Fashioned and a Botanical Spritz. Both drinks were decent but nothing special, especially considering they are among the most expensive cocktails in town at $17 each. My Old Fashioned was too watered down and lacked the boozy classic bourbon taste the drink is known for. My date did enjoy her drink. We ordered the Burrata for our snack because the description sounded tasty. This is what the menu still says two days later: Grilled Peach, Benton’s Ham, Basil, Saba, Chili. But when it arrived, I noticed the “peaches” didn’t look or taste like peaches. When we asked about it, we discovered they were persimmons and in season, so that’s why the switch. There was also no chili on the dish. So, it was a completely different flavor and texture from the dish described. Again it was good but not great nor what we ordered. The place itself is beautiful and the fall weather makes it a lovely spot to have an evening drink, but neither the cocktails nor food we had are up to the standard at other high end bars and restaurants we frequent. Too bad, because that patio is really nice.

What an amazing area! It’s an amazing spot, it’s on the top story, and you can sit at the bar, there’s tables inside, but also, there is a large area outside, on the rooftop, with fire pits. It’s a romantic setting with plenty of tables for privacy.
Prices reflect the area in which this restaurant is located.
VERY UPSCALE! NOT ADVISED TO WEAR JEANS …
Such a beautiful area.

Every aspect of the restaurant, from the bar, to the rooftop, to the lobby on the first floor, to the parking lot, everything was clean & well kept.

Dined here for a friend’s birthday and the food was underwhelming. I had the cioppino. While the presentation of the food was nice, the food was under seasoned and the seafood uncleaned. For $33 you’d expect deveined shrimp but not here. There were also more beans than seafood in the dish (shrimp-4 and small clams-3 although there were four shells). Yes, beans in cioppino was a first for me as well. The best part of the meal was the toasted sourdough. FYI, the seasoning you in the dish was added by me and yes, I should have just sent it back.

Additionally, the chicken friend bacon was over seasoned and I was told the bed of greens served with several dishes was unseasoned and tough. Guest raved about the chicken, grouper and salad. They also stated that the strawberry margarita and desserts were good. Choose well if you must go!

We chose this restaurant for what’s supposed to be a nice brunch experience, but it missed the mark entirely. Three of us ordered egg dishes (two poached, one over-easy), and every single yolk came out fully cooked. No runny yolks, no finesse, just solid, overcooked eggs.
The food was also heavily over-spiced, making it hard to enjoy, and the service was shockingly poor. Our server took the order, disappeared, and only returned to drop the check. No drink refills, no check-ins, nothing you’d expect from a “premium” establishment.
For a place that prides itself on culinary skill — and even runs a cooking school — if you can’t make an egg, maybe go back to class. Really underwhelming from start to finish.

I’ll start by saying my girlfriends I celebrated my birthday dinner here last night. Our waiters happened Andrew who be assisting new waitress I am usure of her name but they both were fantastic. He was well versed on the menu and offered great explanations of the menu items.

For starters we ordered for the pimento cheese hushpuppied and peppered bacon, which both were phenomenal but the bacon was the star of the show. Our entrees consisted of the half fried chicken which was great and we raved about the chicken seasoning. blackened redfish, with a tasso gravy that was SO good it could’ve been eating by itself, and the aged NY strip w/wild mushrooms…chef’s kiss! Finally for dessert we ate a dark chocolate cake which was delectable and rich and finally the Butter Cake, which was a mini bundt cake, which we all raved about moist buttery, with a crust that we all were figuring out how to how to replicate…truly a conversation piece.

The restaurants ambience itself was beautiful and vibrant. I felt like we were I’m an art gallery. The patio was open, but since the weather is still unpredictable, the furnishings were covered, however our waitess help of capture some great photos and the view was amazing.

I will definitely be returning!

My husband took me again for my birthday. It was more crowded than last time, and a private party was also in full swing. The food was good, but they forgot my salad. Service was slow, which was understandable due to the party as well as the number of people in the restaurant.
