i ordered a hamburger, but i was charged for a cheeseburger when i specifically asked for no cheese and my friend ordered the same thing right after me but was charged for a hamburger. i also ordered ranch and it wasn’t in the bag i had to go back and ask for it. it was fast service though which is nice. i recommend saving your money and just going to a real habit. the food wasn’t bad tho, solid burger.

Constantly getting order incorrect, and almost never has any fresh onions. Several times now my fries have been nearly uncooked.
One small ranch container costs almost $1. A condiment the restaurant next door gives for free.
Lines are always abhorrently long, and the time between ordering and receiving food nears 15 minuets, even when there’s only a few people who ordered.
Food quality is nowhere near the quality of any nearby habit.

A tad expensive but the service is excellent and and food is good. JJ, the cashier that takes orders is very friendly and he has amazing customer service. He greets every customer enthusiastically and asks about the day yet engages uniquely with each guest. He needs a raise!

Asked for a double char burger, got a single patty. When they remade it they called a different number than my first receipt then blamed me when I didn’t come.
