Had the normal dbl Cheeseburger for me …but after seeing what my daughter Alex had the $10 meal deal furthest from me 1/2 Cheeseburger on sourdough & chicken nuggets and small salad .. that will be my go to next time

Terrible customer service. If u order online they ignore you walking around acting busy. Then ask want do you want and just slide the bag (open getting cold) forward and walk away. If you ask for anything they act as if you are bothering them. Missing items? Good luck, you’re not allowed to talk to anyone, AI just takes u in a loop and resolves nothing.

I had lunch here, the service was good, the portabella mushroom charburger was delicious and the fries were tasty, could of had a little more salt on them. Then my to-go snack was a cookies & cream milkshake that was a great ending to the experience.

You order and wait outside, when your order is done they will text you. Food taste not the best I have had but still good. Fries are ok at best. Price is moderate, I’m not sure I will be making it a habit to eat here 🙂

This was the first time my husband and I came to The Habit and we did not regret it. The fries were crispy and not too salty, the crispy chicken burger was crispy and yummy, and my husband’s double cheeseburger was perfectly made to order and he polished it off quickly. The order customizing kiosks worked perfectly and our dinnertime order was done in less than 10 minutes; it was quiet when we first entered, but it picked up not long after we arrived. Burgers done deliciously is what The Habit does very nicely.

2nd time here in the last 30 days… we ordered a Variety family box each time, and a couple of shakes.. food was good! service etc. Employees were cool!. We will be back soon… thanks! I Love the fried green beans stuff… YALL HAVE TO TRY IT!!!!

Food was great. Team was working hard because they had a very large catering order when me and my party got there. They were very nice about it, but it did take a little longer than expected. I asked for no sauce on my food, but they put it anyways. Everyone else i was with got their correct orders. I like that they have indoor and outdoor seating.
They no longer carry the tri-tip which I miss. I like all their options of drinks.

I don’t typically use the curbside pickup option, but I was in a hurry to get to the EV charger nearby, so I ordered ahead and stopped here first. Waited 8 minutes at the curbside pickup spot before deciding to go in and pick it up myself. They had no idea that I had checked in and was waiting, the lady turned around to check the monitor and was surprised to see that I had checked in a while back.
