Santa Barbara was great. Very filling but without the heaviness from a typical fast food restaurant. Charburger was surprisingly smaller than normal in my opinion. I would definitely get a double if sticking to the original Charburger. The single is good for kids

The checkers and servers at the counter were so nice and helpful. The gentleman behind the counter kept checking in with me as I was ordering and helped me make specific dietary requests such as making the burger open faced. I’m so thankful for his help. And the food was so delicious and such good quality ingredients.

This place is dirty. I stopped here to use the restroom, and the sink was broken. They didn’t bother fixing the sink. All they had were questionable wipes with the label removed. Hopefully, I don’t develop cancer from these wipes. The wipes were made for use on hard surfaces, so I rinsed my hands with the water from the drink fountain. They were also out of soap. How hard is it to provide hand sanitizer?

It’s hard to rate service when you have to place your own order. Staff is friendly when giving you food. There’s no Habit Burger near me but driving to Dixon for those onion rings is worth it.

If you order from the drive thru expect to wait 20-30 min once you get to windows and have paid. I think they have to kill the cow and ground the beef in house with how long it takes. Expect to pay close to 20if you order a soft drink.

Had to try the special limited time only Tempura fried avocado wedges. Oh so rich, creamy, smooth, buttery, lightly breaded that enhanced and made this ooh so tasty. Wasn’t greasy as it could have been. They came out hot but they quickly cooled. I enjoyed this special yummy side. And I had a super nice Chocolate shake. I have to return quickly and enjoy that scrumptious-ness again soon.
