My kids like the burger here. The milk shake was a bit too sweet to me, but the kids like them. I like that they have sweet potatoes fries, and It was good but not so crunchy comparing to their regular fries. My sister ordered the cauliflower grilled, it was ok, a bit too soft for my taste and even it was grilled but was kinda oily.

FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW, they have left the chicken out of my chicken salad. I really have a hard time understanding how you don’t put a main ingredient (it’s literally in the name) in the order. At first I though it was my mistake, but no, the receipt is as clear as day.

I have been to many Habits in my life, and this is one of the best ever! Big props to all the workers at this Habit; they were very friendly, efficient, and they prepared the food perfectly. Habit food in general is always quite good, but I feel like at this location it was even better than usual. I recommend the classic charburger, fries, and any of their shakes!

Santa Clara Char burger (vegan impossible style) was amazing… double patty with cheese. Flew in from Florida and this was the first place I stopped. Now I know they have one in Clearwater… I’m about to form a new habit yall!!!!!

Oh man. I absolutely love the burgers here but my problem is with their service. I dont even solely blame this location BUT unfortunately I can’t seem to get any answers. I ordered through their website and when our delivery got here we were missing 3 milkshakes. I called and got a general info line which they kept pushing me person to person via email and all they wanted to offer me was “char bucks”. They directed me to doordash who is their 3rd party delivery service (but when ordering direct from their website its not a doordash issue).Why am I going to eat at a place that I can’t trust to offer me a simple monetary reimbursement?! Mistakes happen and I expect them which is why – if they can’t easily fix a mistake they are not the place for me. Seems like they make it a hassle so you don’t push, so they can ultimately keep your money. So frustrating!

I ordered dinner through DoorDash, so I can’t rate Service or Atmosphere.
What I can rate is the food, and I have to say, even though it was delivery, it was good. (The fries weren’t hot and my milkshake had melted a little, but still, it was good.)
I love messy burgers, and this one delivered. I ordered the Santa Barbara combo because I’d been craving a big, messy burger and some fries.
I’d also been craving coffee ice cream and a milkshake. Thankfully, The Habit had me covered with a coffee milkshake!
I recommend The Habit, and I’ll be going back!

First time to this location. Great food made fresh! Loved the tempura fried greenbeans. The garden salad with extra steak was delicious. My favorite was the portobello mushroom burger (protein style)!! The vinegarette dressing was good, too. The BBQ chicken salad was also good but had too much bacon for my liking.
