I think ordering from a kiosk is the best way restaurants help people who don’t like making the workers wait on taking orders or feel pressured. Habit has always been a go-to spot for me, this was the first time I been to this location too, so I very much enjoyed it. A great Curio place to hang out and talk while you eat, would recommend and come back again.

My first time here with my husband and son. We were in the area and thought of grabbing a quick bite. The self service order kiosk was easy to use. Although not much interaction needed with the staff in the back, they were all smiles and friendly. What surprised me is how CLEAN the bathrooms are!!! It’s as clean as the dining area!! I have a closer location to grab a habit burger. But I will drive to Santa Clara just for the tasty food and the cleanliness.

The best caesar Salad and chicken sandwich. I have been to this place multiple times. Never disappointed me. The taste is so consistent. The Salad is super crispy and fresh. the sauce is top notch. Chicken is cold cut and it makes it very crunchy along with the in-house croutons. The Sandwich is juicy, The chicken juice oozes out. The bread is toasted to perfection and it tastes great. I am giving it only 4 cos the staffs attitude else it would have got a 10. The staff who took my order was very rude and unfriendly. Not polite at all.

I ordered two Santa Barbara Charburger through the app and dined in. The order was completed exactly on the estimated time shown on the app.
The sourdough was beautifully toasted, very crispy with a light butter flavor. I think my patties were a bit over cooked as it was a bit dry today. The thin layer of guac was a nice touch, made the sandwich more moist. A solid 3/5 for me.

Slow service. Extremely rude manager when I said I’ve been waiting for a while. Then she says you will get a text. Instead of apologizing she talks shit about me in Spanish to the other coworker. They need to get rid of this rude manager asap.
The food is great but I am not going again. Slow service, rude manager, unprofessional. This is unacceptable.

Very good food at a decent price, been here many times and have never had a problem. The staff is great and the wait isn’t too long. Would definitely recommend coming here, the food is amazing.
