Went here on my birthday to get a birthday charburger and the coupon barcode was not showing up. The very kind lady taking my order was kind enough to honor the free burger even without the code. She was very considerate and friendly and made my experience even better. Of course the char burger was good as usual too!

I love Habit Burger and this is my favorite location. The location is nice and clean, food prep is always quick and the burgers and fries taste great. The best thing about the restaurant is one of the managers (I believe her name is “Mickie”). When she’s around you can be 100% sure your order is prepared super fast and accurate and that your burger will be served with a smile.

Love the Santa Barbara char since I prefer grilled sourdough over the bun. It comes with avocado too. The portions of the sides are pretty small. The tempura green beans are my favorite side; I had high hopes for the fried avocado wedges but those just aren’t loved by any.
You will find two self-order kiosks here. You also have the option to order from the register which is great because the kiosks were malfunctioning today.
The place is spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I usually order on the app and they have it ready on the dot. One bummer about the place is that they keep forgetting things like the grilled onions, a cup for a drink, or ketchup. I also find the size and consistency is not as good as Santa Clara or Campbell locations.

Burgers and fries are good. We really like it and come here often. The major pain point is they are slow. They often finish 10 min later than what the kiosk suggests so make sure to expect that when you order.

Our kids love the kids meals with chicken bites, grilled cheese sandwiches, chocolate milk and apple sauce.
The best deal is the Santa Barbara with guac and two Patties. To be healthier you can get it lettuce wrapped to avoid the glucose spike.

If you’re selling a banana shake with chunks for 7$, have a straw for it. It was impossible to drink through thin straw they provided. Poor and long service. At 3.30pm the place was almost empty, but still it took forever to get the order

Taste the Habit burger for the first time. I like the perfectly charred but juicy patty and the bun is toasted just right. Spent 1.69 for the extra bacon, but, it’s a bit too thin and not crispy as expected. However, they do serve great hamburgers and perfect onion rings and French fries. Will definitely come back.
