A HAIR WAS FOUND IN MY FOOD!!! YUCK!!!! I called the store and asked for a manager. The customer service rep said “I have no way to connect you with a manager”??? I called the corporate Customer Service number and my call was not answered or returned. I sent an email to the corporate Customer Service Dept. and this too went unanswered. Where is the accountability here? Where is the food prep/handling cleanliness? I advise you to stay clear of this restaurant. GROSS!!!!

My boyfriend and I came in to eat We usually order curbside for today we decided to dine in. It was a little after 3 PM and it was not busy inside few people, but we did have a hard time finding a table to sit up because none of them were cleaned off. There was no line when we walked in. We walked straight up to the register to order, and it was quite frustrating because the woman taking our order kept interrupting and cutting us off in mid sentence. So we would start over again just to make sure that our order was being taken correctly. We ask for some napkins so that we could wipe down a table to sit up as we sat there waiting for our food about 10 minutes. We noticed that no one had came out to Clean the dining room. There was no customers besides the ones that were already eating at their tables when our order is called, we immediately see that the request that we made was not followed. When we mentioned it to the cashier she was insisting that’s what we did order thankfully another employee, a younger girl who spoke good English interrupted and told the woman no I heard him request what he’s asking for so she got kind of upset and remade that sandwich. It was not confusing at all, so I don’t know why the cashier and Cook had such a difficult time understanding besides that our food was good. I was surprised to see how big the store was inside and how many tables they had just unfortunate that they do not take more pride and keeping it clean as they definitely had the time to do so as we were leaving too we noticed that their glass doors were disgusting filthy again that’s something that I could’ve taken five minutes to clean and would have made a big difference i’m giving three stars because the food was good but two stars taken for the cashier making things unnecessarily difficult and for them not utilizing their time more efficiently properly keeping their dining room decent for customers to eat

The quality of the food and the prices are a great mismatch. I would much rather spend the same amount of money for a full service dining experience. Food that has to be picked up and the counter and serving your own drink should not cost this much.
