This is the best Habit location in all of Fresno. Food was fresh and great as always. In my opinion customer service is most important. Shout out to Regina there. She exceeded excellence in customer service. She was very nice, patient and resolved a minor issue with my order promptly. Go by and experience the awesome customer service. I will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Habit Team and Regina for an awesome experience.

This has been our go-to place for burgers for quite some time but the quality of the service has been going downhill. It may be due to the pandemic and perhaps being short-staffed and/or inexperienced employees. Tonight the burgers in our to-go order were not hot and undercooked (see image). We’re talking ground beef here which must be brought up to a temp of 165°.
Same with the fries and we live only 3 blocks away so it wasn’t like we had a long trip home for them to get cold.
Had I reviewed this place a year or two ago I would have given it at least 4 stars but would be back here tonight with an edit.
It’s kinda sad because for a while after they opened I felt like they had the best burger for your buck. Can no longer say that.
I sincerely hope they will be able to turn things around.

[EDIT 2-4-22] Well The Habbit reached out to me promptly through habitlistens and I made a return visit there yesterday and ordered a charburger with cheese — and they did not disappoint! Check out the pics. The company clearly responds to these reviews… GOOD ON THEM!

My husband and I went in for lunch yesterday, food was good just really messy. Both our sandwiches were leaking a lot lol I wish the chicken was more evenly dispersed so I took it apart and manually did it with my hands. Overall it was a nice lunch.

I work nearby and come here for lunch sometimes. In my experience, the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. The order accuracy is excellent when I ask for modifications. The restaurant is kept clean, condiments and napkins are always well stocked, and the employees are always friendly and provide efficient service.

Nice place to go out for lunch, very clean, good parking. Outdoor patio is covered and away from busy roads. No drive thru but they do car side pickup in addition to online in store pick up.

Ive been to Habit burger many times and always loved it, no complaints. The service was nice the one by whole foods. I got the “santa barbara cobb” it comes with a Vinaigrette which was sweet, not to bad at all. Good amount of salad, the bacon was only 3 little pieces which im sure makes the flavor of the salad. I will just get extra bacon next time. Will go again.

First time dinning really loved the meal had the chicken club was so good bought one to eat there and one to go . Employees are amazing they go above and beyond to help you in any way they can . Only bad point is limited sitting inside outside was hot if they put miss outside for summer time will be great because I’ve seen heaters for winter and we don’t get that cold weather here in Fresno . I love fig garden shopping center it is the heart of Fresno .
