Never again. Worst salads ever. They used to be great. Imagine a whole salad made of curly endive. Horrible. Will never be back. I used to eat there at least once a week!

I love this burger place, but my visit in San Luis Obispo was awful. I had my service dog and luggage, and the manager refused to let me sit in the main area, saying my dog had no ID. According to ADA, service dogs don’t need identification. She stared at me all the time, complained when I gave my dog water, and was extremely hostile. I felt judged and unwelcome.

Always had a good experience until now. Waited at the counter for a few minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. Finally ordered on the kiosk screen which is not clear how to customize orders. Waited 15-20 minutes for our food before going to the counter to ask for it. My burger and fries had been sitting there getting cold while my boyfriend’s burger was still being cooked. When we asked for fresh fries we got attitude back. So I just dealt with eating my cold burger. $30 for cold food and terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back for a long time.

One of the best chain burgers. It’s really the quality of a one-off restaurant. I recommend the double char. Pickles are excellent, they’ll add extra if you ask. All burgers served with fried onions, the smell of which will draw you in. I’m not big on French fries but I rate their’s a ‘must have’. Really good potato flavor, nice and hot. They will give you mayonnaise if you like them Belgium style. Ice cream cones are the best deal in town. Order cone-in-a-cup, no drips and you get a cone to compliment the vanilla ice cream.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I paid almost $15 for a salad and got avocado that was completely black and really bad amounts of chicken very small. This is totally not worth it and the customer service was lacking, super rude and argumentative. This is the worst portion control I’ve ever seen. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever.

Customer service from the cashier, was rude. As if he didn’t want to deal with customers. I usually get the family pack and it’s more than enough to feed everyone. But this time portions were small as if someone took a few of the onion rings and fries
