Thought I’d try a sundae here and would say it was probably one of the worst ice cream sundaes I’ve ever had. The soft serve was slightly watery and runny. The girl (pierced nose ring), who took my order, asked me three times if I wanted whipped cream and peanuts, even though I told her twice before I want whipped cream and peanuts. She stacked all the whip cream and peanuts over the plastic lid, which means I had to eat all the peanuts and whip cream before I can even get the lid off, which basically defeated the purpose of mixing the ice cream with the peanuts and whip cream. Poor product, poor service.

The Habit is a popular hang out for the OCC and HS crowds. The burger is ok, there are fries, and standard drinks. I am just not overly impressed. Pretty basic, and for me I prefer a different place. You may like it but for me it is just a visit for a school fundraiser. Could be noisy if crowded, all hard surfaces.

It’s no lie!

I’ve been a habit customer for years, and this is the best location so far.
Everything about this location is 5 stars, the staff is friendly, it’s clean and nice on the inside, and there is a patio to enjoy your meal outside. The food, was so delicious I felt like I never had a burger quite like it! The strawberry limeade is sweet and refreshing, and the burgers and fries are flavorful and well cooked. The spicy tempura green beans are a must have, with a slight kick of cayenne (I think haha!) come here, you will NOT regret 🙂

This location should not have curbside pickup available as an option. I received notification that my order was ready and that “someone would be right out”. But after waiting another 20 minutes for them to bring out my order, I finally went inside. And my food was sitting on the counter the entire time. So all of the food was cold and soggy and my drink watered down.

Also every single time I come here there’s never any parking. Habit only has 2 reserved spots for curbside pickup only. The rest of the lot is largely taken up by the other stores/restaurants.

This location perpetually messes up our orders. Either not following modifications or outright giving us the wrong food. When confronted, I get no resolution. Can’t call the store directly to complain and once I get online I get offered coupons for another SUBPAR experience.
The high turnover rate of employees there tells my your management team is also severely lacking.
I want my $30 back. Do better all around.

Well, it’s been a couple of months since I’ve been to The Habit. This was probably my last time. Two disappointing trips . The last time I discovered no more steak sandwich which I can live with as it probably wasn’t too popular so it had to go. This time, I discovered they now have started charging for ranch dipping sauce. See picture I decided against another expenditure for my meal. Thank you, California, for the $20 an hour worker cost, which is probably part of this decision to charge for ranch. The food was still OK, but I’m pretty sure the burger has shrunk, too (could be my imagination but probably not).

Why have gift cards if you can’t use them online! Then walk into to place the order with the self serve and you won’t accept the gift cards! The only way is to stand and wait. So no curbside with a gift card? You need to update your software.
