February 17, 2026 Rude cashier, she was also unsanitary. She came out of the bathroom, picked up used trays, went straight to bagging food, went back to register, went back to bagging orders. My burger was not made fresh, it was hard on the edges and heavily seasoned. A male employee was going back and forth with me, about how it was freshly made. I tossed it, requested another, and the burger was actually made fresh. The female staff person were extremely unapologetic. She was extremely indifferent. The male manager apologized, and gave me a free milkshake. Which I gave to a random person in the plaza. I was cordial with my complaint. Upon eating 3/4 of the burger, I realized that it was partially raw. I showed it to the manager and left the restaurant. I will not be returning. Only once was my food prepared correctly and was high quality.

I went to Habit Burger on my birthday and had a pretty good experience overall. I got a free Charburger through their rewards program, which was a nice touch. The burger itself was really good—flavorful and satisfying. Personally, I found it a tad on the smaller side, but it was still filling. I’d just prefer if it were a little bigger, though that’s just preference.
We also ordered the sirloin burger, and that one was delicious—the bread was super airy and paired perfectly with the meat. The fries were a highlight too: really fresh, crisp, and flavorful, some of the best fries I’ve had from a chain.
But honestly, what surprised me most was the lemonade. They have dragonfruit and strawberry lemonade, and both are bursting with flavor—probably the best lemonade I’ve ever had at a burger chain. We got both, and you can’t go wrong with either one.
The only downside was the cashier. She came off a bit snappy and kind of rude, which wasn’t the best vibe. That said, I wouldn’t judge the whole service off of one experience—I’d like to think most of the staff aren’t like that.
Overall, great food and amazing drinks. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you’re a lemonade lover.

Habit is a very consistent burger spot that always has great food quality and service. I tried their new tempura avocado – tastes great but definitely not worth getting again, avocados are just pricy in general, nothing against the Habit themselves!

The Charburger with cheese had a good charred crispiness and taste. However, like at the other locations, it was a little dry. The bun and toppings were very fresh. The burger was better than McDonalds, but not quite up to the level of In-N-Out Burger. The employees were very friendly and they were all smiling. Sharing a parking lot with a Kohl’s, there is plenty of parking. Update: Got a Cheeseburger with cheese. Once again it was dry. Update: Got a Charburger with cheese and it was very juicy and tasty. Update: Got 10 Crispy Chicken Bites and a Chocolate Shake. The chicken bites were made from real pieces of chicken and not processed chicken slurry like McDonald’s McNuggets. They were very good, but the batter was a bit heavy. The shake is made from their vanilla soft serve ice cream and chocolate syrup. It was good and not too sweet. Update: Got the chicken club sandwich and it was very good. Also got a couple extra burger patties. They were good. Update: Got the chicken club sandwich. It was very good. Update: Got the chicken club and the teriyaki char burger. Both were delicious. However the piece of chicken on the club sandwich this time was extremely thin, definitely not worth the price. Previously it was a fair sized piece of chicken. Update: Got a Charburger with cheese. It was very good. Update: Got two Charburgers. They were very juicy and good.

Amazing food! I had the Santa Barabara char (pictured). One of the best burgers on the planet. Onion rings with ranch is pure heaven. If I was on death row, this would be my last meal. I’ve had the regular char, double char, salads, and shakes and they are delicious also! Everything on the menu here is great. The food is made after you order it, so the service is slower than fast food places. But the wait is worth it.

Double cheeseburger was very affordable and tasted much better than your typical drive thru fast food chains. Sweet potato fries were great as well. Total cost for both of these with tax was $8.26
