1) Portabella burger had no portabello mushrooms on it. I immediately showed it to employee at counter. I hadn’t eaten any of it. They said that I would get another right away. It wasn’t right away, I waited 10 minutes and they apparently just heated up some mushrooms (Not Hot) and thrown on the same burger and gave it to me. Very unprofessional by employees in restaurant that was maybe 1/4 full. Not busy. These employees obviously don’t care about attention to detail or customer service. I Will Never Go To This Restaurant Again. I never spend money where employees have shown me that I don’t matter as a customer.

The person had no idea that when someone orders kids chicken bites combo, chances are great it includes a sauce or 2. Let alone I paid for 2 sauces and it showed on the receipt but did not fulfill the order, even though she kept telling me the order is fulfilled! Just read!!!

Terrible experience with Grace at The Habit at Sports Arena!
She didn’t listen to our order at all and made mistakes, then refused to correct them. We politely asked her to replace the three wrong fries with what we ordered (onion rings & green beans) and keep our original burgers, because my 5-year-old grandson was getting sleepy and we just wanted to eat quickly. But she insisted on taking all our food away, canceling the whole order, and redoing everything despite only the fries were mistaken — which meant waiting another 15 minutes. She showed no consideration for customers and no effort to fix her own mistake. Very rude and unprofessional.

Grace is such a great asset to the team. Always is so attentive and informative. Anytime me and my coworkers go she always has a smile on her face even when the place is packed during the lunch rush. Great customer service is becoming less frequent in many establishments now in days. I’m writing this in hopes that her hard work is recognized because her customer service is a big reason why we continue to visit this location. Keep up the great work Miss Grace!

Ahi Tuna Burgers and onion rings are a treat . Love the complimentary condiment section with variety of peppers in vinaigrette especially jalapeños. Fries can be better . We use to love thick cut fries. Don’t see them any more

I ordered a cheeseburger, tempura green beans with siracha dipping sauce and a coke.
Order came out pretty quick. I thought the burger was a bit small; big guy like me might need a double. Green beans were a nice change from french fries.
I enjoyed the little peppers they offer (up front where the other condiments are located)
It was good; but not better than Shake Shack.. maybe ties with In&Out Burger..depending on your preferences.
Service was good, place was clean.
(edit) I went a 2nd time and had a double burger, fries and a milkshake. Everything was good again and the milkshake was really good!

Great value for great quality food. Really nice burgers. We had them in a lettuce wrap and they were well presented and tasted great. (Sometimes this style can be hard to eat if they don’t wrap them well!)
