I ordered a single charburger with no tomato, add bacon, extra pickles.
Even though the receipt with the order was attached to the burger, the burger in the wrap was just a standard char. Tomato, no bacon. What’s even more annoying is the last time I ordered for pick up one of my sandwiches was made wrong. I’ve got to assume that custom selections are just ignored.
And the bun on my burger was so hard I thought I was accidentally eating the paper wrapper.
I’ve deleted the habit app so I won’t be tempted anymore.

I dined at the La Costa location on Sunday, October 12 at 2:30. The restaurant was filthy. The outside trash cans were overflowing, bathrooms needed to be cleaned and paper towels refilled, kitchen had trash on the floor, and there was a HUGE puddle in front of the ketchup and ice tea area. A child slipped and fell then afterward, an employee told another employee the puddle needed to be mopped up. 15 mins pass and it still didn’t get taken care of. My daughter walked to the lemonade to refill her cup then slipped and went down on her knees. Myself and another customer spoke to the employee that was now mopping the floor saying this is a liability. Someone could seriously get hurt. The employee was young and said I just work here, sorry. My daughter’s knees are bruised and they hurt. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not a manger here today and they were short staffed. We won’t be returning. This location is poorly managed.

Tray, the GM is so awesome and professional he was doing 2 cooks jobs, front of the house and cashier. Talk about a skeleton crew. This guys rolling on missing bones during the lunch rush! Tray kept his cool calm and collected like an old school GM. Give this man a raise well earned and deserved!!!

This was recently voted the best burger in the country? By who? I have tried “The Habit” from three different locations and every time have been disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the burgers are okay, they are decent. They are edible. But there is nothing special about them. I found the quality of the beef to be embarrassingly bad. Like Carls Jr level. Again, it’s okay, but based on the publicity I expect so much better. It’s a decent burger, I guess. If you can overlook the low quality meat. 10 minutes away from this location and for the same price, you can go to “eat crispy burger” they make their own patties there and the burgers are significantly better. I will say the staff at the habit was great and I like the section that offers pepperoncinis and hot chilis. If they could reduce the price and raise the quality of beef, it may be worth a shot. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

The lettuce was too yellow, rotten it was bad I toss the salad out and they didn’t add chicken I had the bad experience before at this location. But I just wanted to give another chance. Never came me back. So BAD.

Took my coworker here for his first time at 1030 when they were supposed to open but they didn’t open until 1036 when I let myself in through the open back door even after knocking. The manager tray was late so they could take cash (another customer waited ten minutes to here this ) fryer was “broke” then when I got my salad they gave me a tiny portion of dressing and when I asked for more tray charged me a dollar lol safe to say my coworker won’t be back to another habit ever

Good service, good food. Their burgers are a par with In-N-Out – maybe even better. They offer greater variety though, including chicken. It gets extremely busy here, but the wait is never as long as you think it’s going to be. Outdoor seating area with heat lamps. It’s sometimes difficult to find an indoor table.

Onion rings are the only thing worth getting. Not a fan of their beef quality. Place is usually dirty, staff unfriendly and the hallway near the bathrooms smell like strong urine during hot days
