Habit burgers taste like In-N-Out burgers, but with a slight bit of salt. Service is obviously not as good or friendly as In-N-Out, but decent. The inside tables and seatings are better and more comfortable than In-N-Out. Santa Barbra Charburger on their menu is a must have and is perfect with their jalapeno on the side! I’m hooked on this new thing!

We went in for a pre Easter snack for hungry kids (and wife). The tempura greed beans were delightful, I had no idea they were that good! Fries and chicken were good as expected. Oddly the ranch dressing was perfectly portioned and mixed. Kudos to whoever did them.

Made a simple order at the drive-through. Credit card receipt showed transaction at 1:09 PM. We waited for about 10 minutes when we were asked to go park out front. We waited another 12 minutes. Went in and they said “we are working on it.” Went in again five minutes later and they said it will be another 7 to 10 minutes. At 1:30 we finally asked for a refund. They said they didn’t know how to do that with a credit card so I said then give us a gift card for the amount; we just want to go eat somewhere. They then spent 10 minutes talking to a manager on the phone. When they came back, they said for us to write our name and number on the receipt and the manager would get back to us about refunding our almost $30 bill. Mind you, there is still no food in our Hands. at the time of this writing, it is now 2 PM and we still have no resolution. I am not willing to walk away on a $30 bill with a verbal assurance that a manager will get back to me for writing my name on a scrap of paper about reimbursing me. We are now giving up and leaving our money at the restaurant with absolutely no real assurance that we’ll be reimbursed and we have no food.

I did a drive thru order. I ordered the tempura green beans. They apparently ran out of a lot of food that day and scrapped as much I guess they cod of green beans and served to me with literally 5 pieces. I’m not joking. I didn’t realize this until I got home to enjoy my burger with green beans, that they thought it was OK to charge me for something that was not completely full.

Unfortunately I never got to talk to management there. I was working in that area, so picked up a quick lunch but I wish I could get a refund on the very small than small serving of green beans. Disappointed

I came here to make a comparison with in&out. The overall space is cleaner and smaller than I&o. About the food, I ordered a double char combo. It’s a bit saltier than the I&o. Fries are more crispy though. However, they have sources you can choose from and the lemon is sliced. They even have lime slices. I really likes it. To be honest,I still like double double but it is always crowded there. I definitely will come here again.

Disappointing experience at the Walnut, CA Habit (Store #465) around 5:30 PM. The cashier who said his name was Joshua was rude and dismissive. He forgot our salad dressing, didn’t believe us until he checked our table, and talked back instead of simply fixing the issue.

When we ordered food to go, he claimed he called our order even though we were the only people in the store. The food sat out and was cold by the time we got it. When I asked for his name, he smirked, and as we were leaving he made a sarcastic “have a nice night” comment. From the parking lot, it even looked like he raised his hand toward us in an inappropriate way.

This wasn’t our first bad experience with him, and it will be our last visit to this location.

I always order from this branch and have never been disappointed. The food is hot, toasted sourdough is crispy on the outside, it is so delicious. The service is also nice and friendly.

Let me tell you that this Habit is TOP NOTCH with their customer service. Avant was so friendly and had the most contagious positivity. He was always checking on everyone eating in the restaurant and put a smile on your face. I will definitely be back!

We got a chicken club and a santa ana burger with fries on the side. The food was flavorful and well seasoned. Used a deal to get the chicken club and the price was slightly reasonable. Without the deal, I wouldnt choose to spend around 18 bucks in total for a meal here.

The lady at the drive-thru today during lunch time was welcoming. The burger was of decent size and quality. That’s why I am willing to pay more to visit The Habit than MacDonald.
