I loved this place!!! I’ll be back without a doubt! I love burgers and when we looked at the menu, it really caught my eye because everything looked so appetizing. The service was excellent, which is a very important factor for me. And the food was the best—my favorite burgers in the area.

Great Hamburgers and always fresh! Live coming here and bring the family on the weekends. With a variety of dishes everyone gets what they want plus the ice cream isn’t that bad..lol. The parking lot is huge so no worries there. I would definitely recommend coming to this joint you won’t be disappointed.

I prefer the Woodland Hills store – the parking is way better there. This one has a big parking lot but for some reason it’s always jam-packed UNLESS you go way to the back of the parking lot. Anyhow, the food is always brilliant here, I love it! Prices have steadily gone up over time and the days of the $2.95 side salad with extra ranch and the $2.99 grilled cheese are, sadly, gone. But they are still about the lowest prices in town (at their current prices.) The staff is always very professional and friendly. I’ve never had a bad meal there.

Had an OJ special. The BBQ chicken sandwich with no onions, no tomato, add an onion ring and it was delicious as always! You should ask for it! You won’t regret it! Just walk up and say “1 OJ Special please!” And they will know what you are talking about (you might have to describe it for the new ppl). Then thank me later somehow. I work next door . I came to place an order and the older lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. She asked me to use the machines to order , I’ve told her I was on my lunch break and I was in a hurry cause I only get 20 minutes lunch she totally ignored me and started helping other customers who came after me . She made feel so unwelcome. I will never be back … later I found at that she is the manager . How could a manager could be so rude and unprofessional, when I mentioned my experience with my coworkers some agreed that they had the same experience with this lady . If this place is managed by someone so rude and disrespectful like this manager you will be losing a lot of your customers. This manager needs a lot of training.

I went to this restaurant to place an order, and the behavior of the staff member behind the counter, who was a middle-aged woman, was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is really disappointing that a restaurant would have such impolite staff. I also feel sorry for the management of this restaurant for allowing such behavior from the person taking orders. It’s important to highlight that the staff member behind the counter, who was responsible for taking the order, was a middle-aged woman.

Habit has apparently switched from Coke to Pepsi, which is an immediate 1-star from me. Price has gotten out of control as well. $36 for a chicken sandwich combo, double char, and strawberry shake. That used to cost $25 just a year or two ago.
Employees aren’t helpful and they make you use kiosks which take forever to figure out and use vs talking to a human and they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. Oh, and they want to charge 60¢ for ranch now. Literally the worst nickel and dime-ing I’ve seen in a long time.
Literally sticking to In-n-Out from here out where I can more food, and better food for $25 — and their employees are still paid well, so I know this isnt about ‘california fast food minimum wage law’, get outta here with that nonsense.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in to place my order, and the cashier, Nicole, told me to use the self-order machine. I explained that I don’t want to enter my phone number or email. Instead of helping me, she ignored me, and a few minutes later she started taking other people’s orders.
If she had simply told me to wait, I would’ve understood. But being ignored is not how customer service should work. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.
