The Habit has always been my favorite burger spot, but my visit today was really disappointing. I was catching a flight and ordered a burger with avocado. When I picked it up, I asked the staff if the avocado was included just to be safe. The employee was pretty short with me and insisted it was in there. Unfortunately, once I got on my plane, I found a plain burger with no avocado or cheese. Really bummed that I paid for extras I didn’t get, especially after being brushed off by the staff.

OMGWTFBBQ. That price. Habit isn’t cheap, but this is extortion. Also the serving size of the fries is significantly smaller than most other habits I’ve been to, and for some reason it just didn’t taste the same. Maybe lack of seasoning on the meat? Smaller patties (which based on being hungry for the first time ever after habit, probably), no idea but it was super bland coming from a habit fan. 100% rip off. Definitely a low point for habit

This Habit Burger location is a letdown, especially for an airport where you expect quick, reliable food. Prices are extremely high, even by airport standards, and the portions don’t match what you’d get at a normal Habit. Several customers mention tiny fry portions and food that just doesn’t taste like the usual Habit quality — and I had the same experience. The burger was dry, under‑seasoned, and nowhere near worth the cost.
Service is inconsistent as well. The line moves slowly, and the staff often seem overwhelmed or uninterested. For a fast‑food spot inside a major terminal, the pace is surprisingly sluggish. When you’re between flights, that’s the last thing you want.
Overall, this location feels like a watered‑down version of the real Habit: overpriced, underwhelming, and inconsistent. If you’re hungry at LAX, there are better options in the terminal.

After Travelling in Asia for 3 weeks was crazing American so just ordered double meat char hamburger $15USD but it was dry and had to eat with 5 packets of ketchup and was still not any good. Airport food is expensive and sucks!!! lol

If you buy food at the airport, it’s assumed you need to eat quickly. They don’t seem to understand that here. After a bad day, I just wanted a burger, and after waiting a while, they finally gave me a “so-so” burger. I asked for more ketchup, and he told me there was some in the bag. I had to repeat myself, emphasizing the word “more.”

Very reasonably priced burgers. The food is good, the ordering is automated and food preparation process is quick . I walked to this place from a neighboring terminal – totally worth the 10 min walk.

$20 for a flavorless char puck on messed up sourdough. Save your $, glad I didn’t tip, they don’t really even cook it, the automatic grill does. Horrible.

This review is mainly about the food. It’s bland. The ranch is decent, lol, I honestly don’t know how the burger didn’t have any flavor with the price and all the extra. Tator tots are just frozen tots that are fried, but they have them priced at $7.50 lol. My total came out to $30. The people are just workers tryna make a living so nothing against them. They work fast and efficient. You’ll get your food within 5 mins
