Cool little place! Loved that they had some unique sandwich and burger options.
My bf had the tuna and absolutely raved about it. Fried green beans stellar, too.
All our sandwiches were good. I did a teriyaki burger with a pineapple on it. Generous portions.
The cheesy cauliflower was a hit, too.
Slight miss step for not having diet coke. LOL.

Pleasant employees and a very nice atmosphere here in Flagstaff. Very quiet. I had never eaten at a habit Burger before. I had seen them in California and they were way expensive. I was surprised to find out that it wasn’t that expensive here in Flagstaff compared to California. We had a good meal and for me the burger sort of reminded me of the old Bob’s Big boy from the ’60s. Very good burger fries and onion rings not too bad! Overall good meal! Thank you.

First time here & husband loved his chicken sandwich gave it 10/10 & he is not effusive about his food. It was served on a soft ciabatta bun, chicken was tender and juicy and flavorful. He loved his fries & large portion meant I got a few too. My Cobb salad was delicious and huge, tons of fresh crisp greens but loaded with toppings including pickled onions, hard boiled eggs, crisp bacon, grilled chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes and cheese. So good! Definitely going to come here next time we travel through and recommend to others. What an awesome find!

My family and I stopped in for a couple of burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal. The service was slow. The food lacked flavor and was dry. My sandwich did not come with the sauce it was supposed to have on it, I ended up getting a bottle of sauce from the condiment counter, my ranch sauce for my fries was the thinnest, most watery ranch I’ve ever had….. ranch is supposed to be thick and creamy, not thin and watery. Also, our drink cups that were included in the meals weren’t on the tray with the food when our order was up. When I went to the front counter to let someone know, there were a couple of young guys behind the counter not doing anything, except for staring off into space…… and I asked for cups politely twice. So, I took it upon myself to grab the cups behind the counter. This was the first time my family and I tried Habit Burger and this will be our last time because of our poor experience.

I’ve been coming to Habit Burger in Flagstaff for years and have always enjoyed it. Ever since In-N-Out opened up the street about a year ago, this location has definitely gotten quieter. I understand they’re facing tougher competition, but I still prefer Habit’s food.
Yesterday, I ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb, and the salad dressing was pretty runny. I like the cob salad so I got one today too. After paying, waiting for my food, and bringing it back to my table, I realized there was no dressing. I had to get back up and ask for it, and when I did, the person behind the counter said it would be a dollar more for an extra dressing.
That really caught me off guard. It’s not about the dollar—it’s about the experience. When you order a salad, you expect it to come with dressing, and it shouldn’t feel like a chore to get it. There was a line so I just smiled, shook my head and said no.
I still like Habit Burger and hope they can get back to the great service and attention to detail that used to make this place stand out. But lately, service with a smile has been very absent.
Please do better, Habit Burger.

Awful experience. My wife and I ordered 2 burgers. One with ketchup, cheese and onion and another with no bun because of her gluten alergy. We received 2 sloppy pathetic burgers both with everything and both with buns. It was a disgusting mess covered in mayo. We just had fries for dinner last night

Today’s visit was average. The burger it self was ok. The fries was not very good. I believe it had sat around for a few. The onion rings was hot but a little over cooked. I remembered being better and maybe just caught it at the wrong time. Will try again in the near future to see if it was just a fluke today.
Plenty of parking since it was slow. Turning left into the place from Milton requires some patience just like any left turn on and off Milton.

This was my first time at a Habit Burger with a drive thru. It was also my last. It took forever. One car drove off before even ordering. The food was just ok. The garlic cauliflower was ok but I would not order it again. Same with the Ahi burger.

My husband and I stopped by The Habit Burger for lunch on our way home during our travels. This was our 8th visit, but unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing as the last few times.
Only three young men were working, just like before, and no one was actively taking orders at the counter. We ended up ordering through the kiosk, hoping it would be smoother. We ordered a vegetarian burger, but they still got the order wrong. It took about 30 minutes to get our two burgers, and even then, the toppings were missing — no onions or avocado, despite us paying extra for them.
When we pointed it out, the cook showed an attitude rather than fixing the issue politely. This has happened multiple times on our visits, and we hoped new staff would improve the service, but it’s the same people and the same poor experience.
Really disappointing, especially for a place we’ve visited repeatedly. The food can be good, but the service consistently lets it down.
