I don’t know how this location stays in business. My order was wrong, their customer service was non-existent, and their fountain soda tasted off, like the carbonation ratio was not right. I used a deal on the app for a free charburger with the purchase of a large drink. Total came to $3.56. There is no curbside pickup at this location, so I waited in my car until the timer was up. I never received a text that my order was done. I walked in and found myself in the ordering line behind five people. There is only one ordering line. They had plenty of employees, but none acknowledged me or even made eye contact. One person was taking orders. Three or four were in the back cooking, and three young ladies were working the front. It looked like their only job was to bag up the finished product and make milkshakes. None of them were doing anything when I walked in. They all had their backs to me. I watched as one girl put a sandwich in a bag then looked around. I stepped to the side out of line and asked her if that was to-go orders. She asked my name. I replied and she pushed a different bag towards me. A bag that had been sitting there for several minutes already. She made no other conversation. I picked up my bag, filled my drink cup, and left. When I got home I found the toppings of my sandwich were wrong. I basically got a dry hamburger patty on a grilled bun. Once I put my ketchup and mustard on at home, it was a decent sandwich. I will never go here again. It’s not even worth it if your food is free.

I’ve discovered my new go-to spot for burgers. The meat is incredibly tender and juicy, with less saltiness compared to In-N-Out. The fries have a perfect crispy exterior and fluffy interior.

WhadditDo Peeps? I pulled up on Habit Burger & Grill (off of Guadalupe) today to grab myself some lunch and it was pretty darn tasty! They had a couple of those trusty lil’ Kiosk thingys set up, so I skipped the line and ordered my Dine-in meal that way… On my last few visits to different HB&G’s I’ve always ordered at the counter and got 1 of those lil’ square-buzzy-thingys that light up once your order is ready. Since the Kiosk sent my receipt to my phone, I figured my phone would alert me when my order was ready ~ it did not. So, after some time, I moseyed on up to the counter and asked about my order. Low and behold it was trayed up … sitting … waiting. Maybe they called and I missed it? Maybe they did not? LoL ~ no worries, it was STILL dee-lisshh! *I ordered that Char- Burger meal with fries and a good ole icy cold Mountain Dew! **There fountain drinks are mixed just right, so I grabbed a Dew to go, fa sho! Bravo!

Place is relatively decent. Notified counter of the overflow trash and dirty tables. Issues eventually taken care of.

Burgers came out tasty. Esp the lettuce wrap.

Was comparable to a Hardee’s up in the Midwest. Was a decent stop, good for a kick bite. Their milkshakes were amazing! Highly recommend the oreo shake. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good too. The burgers and fries were decent.

My partner and I went here for the first time tonight, and we were both very impressed. It was an incredibly busy night, and they experienced a technical difficulty with their ordering system. While they worked to recover from the system reset, they were incredibly kind and communication. We how the team remained pleasant and professional while dealing with the very high stress situation. While we did have to wait a while for our food, it was incredibly fresh and delicious.

I am looking forward to going back in, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Took so long for a simple order of 2 burgers and fries. They gave us our burgers 50 minutes after ordering and we had to wait for the fries…except apparently they were out of fries: but had not notified anyone of this or posted it anywhere. The burgers were so over salted they were almost inedible. 3 other tables came in and received much larger orders within the time spent waiting. Dirty tables and loud music, not coming back.

We came in and no one was behind the counter. There was one employee eating but quickly went to the back when they were done. This forced us to use the kiosk to order. After placing our order 2 minutes later, they all come out from the back. They put thier own music on and played it louder then the business speakers.

They over cooked my wife’s chicken sandwich and onion rings. They were dry and the bread was stale. They also made the chicken sandwich wrong instead of coleslaw and pickles they put lettuce and tomatoes on it.

They seemed to busy and intrested in what they were doing for me to be willing or interested in getting the order corrected so I finished my meal and we left and got her Taco bell instead. We wasted 13 dollars on a crappy sandwich and burnt onion rings.

Additional all the tables were dirty and we had to pick from the best of the nasty tables. We will not be returning. Should have read the other reviews before coming here.

If someone from management wants to reach out I’ll be happy to share more about my pour experience.

This is a review in my experience over the past two days. I came to this location for food as I was on this side of town yesterday. Placed a mobile order and showed up a few minutes early. The pick up time was for 3:54pm and I was waiting there for 20min for some chicken bites, as my burger was sitting there getting cold. Spoke to the manager and got $40 worth of vouchers to use the next time I go to a Habit location cause they make it impossible to get a refund. Only for the vouchers to not work because, now today, I went to get lunch for my wife at The Habit, and the manager at the location in Laveen Village said they can only use vouchers that were signed by the Manager of the location and he only signed one and stapled the other 3 together. Then told me I would have to waste more gas and time going to that location to get them signed by the manager. So in short, I spent $20+ for cold food, and then another $30+ for my lunch that should have been free for the issues I already had and on top of that the order at Laveen Village was made incorrect! Horrible service to where I dont even want to eat or recommend this place anymore. Not that it matters to a corporation.
