The employee taking our order spoke at the volume of a dying air conditioner and could not be understood even after asking him multiple times to speak up. 1-Armed Willy, also did not know tempura green beans were on the menu at the restaurant he works at, which really inspires confidence in the food handling process.
My wife ordered an Oreo shake and was told they were “out of milk” so no shakes. Fair enough. Except while we were waiting, another customer was handed two Oreo shakes. Then I stood there and watched staff make two more shakes after we were told there was no milk.
So not out of milk. Just out of honesty. Apparently milk here is reserved for customers who are not us.
The dining room looked like it had been abandoned mid lunch rush and never recovered. About ninety percent of the tables were dirty, the floors were filthy, and not a single employee appeared to care that people were supposed to eat there. The place had the overall sanitation vibe of “we gave up hours ago.”
This staff looked like they had been drafted from a fast food do not rehire list, standing around between orders with the clear goal of doing as little as possible until closing time.
Honestly I am just glad we did not attempt the bathroom. Based on everything else, I assume it requires a tetanus shot after usage.
Lying to customers over a milkshake is ridiculous. Doing it in a filthy restaurant with completely disengaged staff is worse. One of the most incompetent fast food experiences I have had.

This place was awesome. I ordered from the kiosk and ordered a double char with cheese add bacon. I accidentally hit with Mustard. I hate Mustard. I went back to the counter, knowing it was me that made the mistake, and they made me a new burger no problem. It was so nice of them since they honestly didn’t have to. They had wonderful customer service. I will be going back again

Third visit to this location. The ticket times have been ridiculous every time. 24 minutes to get an order entered in their app. The kitchen completely lacks a sense of urgency. At one point, there were 10 people in the lobby queued to kiosk and register. Employee said 20-30 minute wait. All but two left. Talk about opportunity cost. My food came to the counter without a soda cup. I asked the employee for one. She said, “You can get it.” Seriously? And the app asks for tips?!? Then we get the food and both burgers were pink and undercooked. This location will die a slow death if they don’t change.

This is the worst location. Every time I come here my order is messed up. I hadn’t been here in over a year but tonight was craving a char burger. They changed their drive thru to a mobile pick up only so I parked and waited till the app said my order was estimated to be finished. Pulled up to the window and no one approached me for 10 minutes. When they finally came to the window they said it would be another 10 minutes and wait till I received a text. I didn’t know that was how it worked so I re-parked and waited. 40 minutes later and still no text so I walked in. The entire place was filled with people and I’m not exaggerating when I say 85% didn’t have food. When I finally made it to the counter they informed me that they were still waiting on an item. The other 3 items I ordered had been sitting on that counter for God knows how long. They offered to remake it. I didn’t have another hour to wait for some half decent FAST food. Horrible customer service and cold food THATS NOT EVEN RIGHT! AFTER ALL THAT THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN! Shoulda trusted my gut and not stopped here. I’ll never be back.

My friends on the radio have been promoting this place like crazy and its been a long time since I’ve been. So we decided to go and give it another chance. Long and short of it was I don’t know how they got voted best Berger in the USA. Unfortunately my 10 year old can make a better burger. The fries were not special at all. We orderd 1/2 and 1/2 fries and onion rings and we only got 5 onion rings with the order…..There is really nothing special….. not even the customer experience was special…. IDK ….. Sorry!!

Been through here more times than I’d like to admit. I love the food, but the length of time to get food is ridiculous. Order ahead? They don’t start the order till you’re there, 30 minutes.
Drive through? 30+ minutes as I write this. I love the food, I mean it’s a great burger… but I could’ve gone through In N Out 3x by now. I got a single burger and onion rings. 33 minutes now, sitting in my car in one of the waiting spots… just went in and was told it would be another 15 minutes!!!
Asked for a refund, flipped a piece of receipt paper around and asked for my full name, phone number, card number… and it would be 5-7 days to get my money back. WHAT A JOKE!!!! never returning.

This location is new, having opened just a few months ago. We visited for Sunday lunch, and while it was somewhat crowded, it wasn’t full. The food was good, and our order arrived in under 10 minutes. They offer delicious aguas frescas. However, the tables and restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a California-style burger.

Did mobile order waited almost 25 minutes for a fries and milkshake(Note they are not busy at that time of pick up) . After receiving, fries were cold and soggy. Hardly any sweet potato fries. Disappointing.

We would only go to Habit Burger and Grill 2 times a year. But we started going to Habit Burger and Grill on Power Road and we can honestly say it’s been amazing. Brian and his crew go out of their way making the burgers just the way we like them and now we go to this Habit and Grill at least 2 times a week because it is so good. We love eating great burgers and Habit Burger and Grill makes it a treat.

Every other Habit I’ve been to can deliver a delicious burger or sandwich in 5-10 minutes EVEN if the restaurant is packed.
I’m not sure what the issue is with this location, but my wife and I waited 45 minutes for 2 lousy burgers and when they arrived, they were cold! How is that possible? The place wasn’t even busy!
Reading the other reviews, it looks like this is a common theme at this location. Ridiculous.
The staff is worthless. It took 3 people to figure out how to scan our gift card. The 2 cooks looked they they were grilling one burger at a time. Every employee looked confused about everything.
I’m not one to complain about slow service, but there is no excuse for this location to constantly be as bad as it is. Corporate should either send in a regional manager to turn it around or revoke the Habit Franchise.
