Food was exceptional! It was easy to order from a kiosk, but they also had people at the counter available to take an order. The drive-thru is only for mobile orders, so just plan to go inside unless you’ve ordered ahead. Inside is very clean and the bathrooms are very clean. But above all else, the burgers are SO good! The bun was crispy to perfection! I didn’t know this location was even open. So happy to have one in Queen Creek now!

It’s not open yet, the staff told me they’ll be opening on the 18th! I also been told that they might serve food for free before the official opening day. I’m excited!
UPDATE 2/20/2026: Now that it’s officially opened, I can safely say the experience is worth it. Their food is awesome as usual (as someone who attended GCU that got Habit there), the atmosphere is lovely, and the employees are really sweet! I’m so happy it finally opened in Queen Creek for me and everyone to enjoy! Definitely coming back for more!

We waited almost 40 minutes for our food and our order was incorrect. We were super hungry so we didn’t complain about it while we were there and just ate it. Unfortunately the burgers were not warm after that long of a wait.

For a new location it was kinda a let down. Most of my food was missing and they looked at me weird until I showed my receipt and I don’t understand why they offer “extra crispy” on the fries if they aren’t going to do such.

Been twice now and everything has been great! We’ve all enjoyed our meals and have had no service issues or mistakes. The interior is clean, bright, comfy, and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and the $10 Gotta Habit meal deal they have right now is an excellent value.

We’ve been there twice and orders were wrong both times. I assume chicken and onion rings come with a sauce of sorts, so we selected it on our mobile order and it was a no show. No dressing for the salad and burgers were cold. I can’t make it a third time. We live 1/2 mile away and food shouldn’t be cold that fast especially when it wasn’t ready at the pick-up time. Hope you get better. The charburger idea is good, and presentation is good.
