All of the food was excellent! Everything is made fresh right when you order so there’s a small wait but it’s well worth it! The tempura green beans were out of this world! The onion rings were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the french fries were also good. The burgers are extremely tender and juicy, both the double char and the Santa Barbra Char. The chicken in the Club Sandwich and the Santa Barbra Cobb was pretty tender as well and not dry at all. The salad had lots of toppings and dressing. The Strawberry Limeade and Dragonfruit Limeaid were amazing as well, the dragonflies was the better of the two in my opinion! That fact that the juices are the same price as a soda makes it a great deal.

Came here for lunch with my nephew and it was good. The only complaint is there was no line but it took a while to get our order from the takeout. There was two employees that just looked at us then looked away and did something else without acknowledgement. Finally someone came and took our order.
Our food was cooked and delivered in a timely manner and it tasted delicious!!!
We also got their fresh lemonade drinks, dragon fruit and strawberry limeade were amazing!!!
The sitting area was really clean! Also where you get condiments it was well stocked. This was nice to see being it was right after what I’d call afternoon rush and they made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.

My sister ordered a char burger meal through the drive thru and we got home and we’re ready to eat our food. My sister took 4-5 bites of her char Burger and went to put it down to take a break and ended up noticing that her whole char burger was completely raw and not cooked at all.

We went to habit as a large group and Joe, who was running the front, was seriously incredible. He was so kind and clear on everything, and wasnt intimidated by how many of us there were. The food was fast and super good. Joe went above and beyond expected and I really hope he’s there the next time we go! He made our experience go from good, to awesome. We will be back!

WOW!!! The downward spiral of this restaurant is evident in the dirty dining area and drink area. Service was slow and food was cold. I suspect their 50 degree AC inside the restaurant is not helping. Their $10 new meals are a joke…burnt chicken (char-burnt) and cold food. Burnt chicken pieces DO NOT taste good. Buyer beware.

Melany in Riverdale was amazing! So patient while we took forever to order. Was very helpful. Came out to our table to ask how everything was and our opinion on the sauces and took our picture for us. The tempura green beans are delicious! Didn’t love the chicken pieces, too crunchy but the burgers are great. Not much variety for drinks. Clean seating area and I love places that have outdoor seating, even tho we ate inside.

You would think that this would be a bad review because both times we have been to this location, they have been out of their delicious sweet mustard. However, due to the best customer service I have experienced this year, and the still delicious food. I sincerely am sorrowful that I can not rate this place any higher. Melany’s customer service was outstanding and she was so incredibly kind. I can not in a short review, write about how great it was to be here.

Walked in for lunch on my birthday and was treated very kindly by Kara. I’ve always loved the food, especially when it was more flavorful and the portions were larger before the sale of the company, but her personable service is what put it over the top!
