Good was good. I liked the green bean fries. But the service was way too slow for a burger joint and it took too long for them to serve me when I approached the register. It even took a long time to acknowledge my standing at the register. There was only 1 other customer being serviced they already ordered before O walked in so it should not of taking as long to take my order. It also tonk long for the food to be prepared.

I love this spot. Shout out to Samara for being so kind and putting me on to the best food options. The charburgers and chicken sandwiches are really good, and they have a special green bean side that’s unique and tasty. The avocado ranch is my favorite sauce.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich features a marinated chicken breast it comes with melted cheese but I asked without cheese, shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes, mayo. While it’s an healthier option, the grilled chicken lacks strong flavor, making it less exciting compared to their charburgers .

Probably one of the best burger joints I visited in Miami, even though it is a chain! I’ve been here over 20 times, and the freshness of the food never fails! Always freshly made, hot, and amazing! I love The Habit especially because of the quality meats they provide. We usually tend to get lettuce-wrapped double charburger, which is impressive. As I said, everything is on point, perfectly cooked, crispy, juicy, and mouthwatering. The prices are super reasonable. Their home-made juices are super-good! The only thing I would like to see improvement is the regular french fries. However, sweet potato fries and tempura green beans are the bomb!

I don’t know how it is possible this place could have such a high rating. The Habit has definitely lost the quality of service and food that it provided years ago. Today I had the most disappointed experience at this establishment that pride itself in tradition. The wait time was completely unacceptable for a fast food chain. They had me waiting for about hour to receive a small order with two hamburgers. The staff was unapologetic and rude to me when asked on several occasions for the status of my order. This is unacceptable to treat customers like this. The burgers I received were burnt, dried, and the fries cold. You bet I will never return to this establishment and rather go to the competition and pay more for quality food. I strongly encourage any potential customer who is reading this review to turn away and look for something better in the area.

Service wasn’t friendly. Every table was filthy and the windows too. They want tips but there’s no reason to give one. The burger is very good. The fries looked good but were bland. Prices aren’t bad. Restrooms need cleaning and repairs.

Came here with a group of friends after an outing at Dolphin Mall. The burger joint had enough long tables to seat our entire group. The staff was open to customizing our meals and were very helpful with recommendations. The burgers were good, but not great. The onions rings were disappointing as it tasted like batter more than anything else. Luckily the prices were reasonable soI would indeed come back.
